Food in itself is fine. It’s KFC, however, we order from KFC at least once a month as a family, over $80-$100 per order and let me tell you, not ONE time has my order been completely correct. This is very frustrating as we order Delivery from Grubhub and it’s impossible to have them fix the order without having to drive there to get the items that are missing or incorrect. Very disappointing every time.
And I am in no way blaming the workers... I’ve gone to the store also, and they only have one or two employees working, with a packed store full of hungry customers, as well as online orders and the phone ringing off the chain. I get Covid and cutbacks but man, support your employees and help them out! You guys are always packed!! Make sure you have enough crew so they don’t need to run around like crazy all day...

I had a big order, and when I asked for sauces, I was given 2 ranch and one bbq, now I would have understood if it was a small order for 2 ppl, but it was a pretty big order...
