Horrible experience.
We placed an order online, and we forgot to apply a coupon. My wife called the store to see if we were able to add the coupon. However, the person who answered said no. My wife asked if we can cancel the order over the phone with him; he said no, and that she must go online to cancel the order. We went online to our Winzza account, and there was not an option to cancel the order. Therefore, we decided not to cancel the order.
About an hour in, I got a call from the delivery driver. I go outside and he only had fries for me. I stated, I ordered pizza as well, he said that he didn't know about the pizzas. He called the store, and spoke to a guy named Javier. Javier told the driver that the pizzas were not ready. The driver then told me that he would come back and re-deliver the pizzas.
An hour goes by, no pizzas. My wife called the store and Javier picked up. We asked about the order and he said that we canceled the order . She explained that there were no options online to cancel the order, and we did not cancel the order. Javier than said that we canceled the order with him. We were confused because the very first time we called, Javier stated that we were not able to cancel an order with him or over the phone.
Javier just assumed that we were going to cancel the order, and he cancelled the order without a confirmation from our part.
I was not upset about the mistake, we're humans and we make mistakes. I was upset because Javier was very defensive, and blaming us for everything. Also, every time my wife tried to speak to him, he would not listen and cut her off. I then spoke to Javier, and insisted that he needed to listen to our concerns and to please stop cutting us off.
Javier did not care about our concerns, he kept cutting us off, and continued to be very defensive. That's when I stated, Javier; I'm going to be the bigger person and end this conversation because we're going no where. I said bye, have a great night, and take care.

Last 5 pies have been BOMB & I'll probably go back to the weekly pickup. Through ups & downs I've been loyal to this place for over 2 years now. Summer 2023: We get the takeout special pizza w vegan cheese since probably 2020 or whenever we realized there was a vegan cheese option. Its the best local pizza by far - affordable, dank toppings, quick service. Win(gsPi)zza should continue specialize in good pizza. But the last idk 5+ pizzas have come out improperly (under)cooked. Its…since two new young ladies have been running the front end. Hate to throw ya under the bus but my pizza slice never holds itself up anymore…it falls apart like crazy, folds over…was very undercooked the last few orders, had to throw it in my oven to finish and reheat repeatedly. The FLAVOR is amazing everytime. But we need more pride in the actual cooking. I’ve asked for ‘well done’ a majority of the last 5-7 orders and its still coming out under and soggy. Not to mention the wait time is never accurate…usually i come ‘late’ and get asked to wait for 5min anyway. Which can turn to 10 without warning…y’all gotta understand, if you lose me as a weekly customer, thats 500+$ a year youre losing without tips. Multiply by … years to come. Please get better guys i wanna keep loving Winzza. Mexican pizza is an insult, how can you claim it’s Mexican food when it’s not even authentic, they use cans of pinto beans and salsa and it’s not even authentic asada, it tastes like dried dog food
The manager is gross, everytime I walk past that store he’s smoking cigarettes and leaves his buds everywhere, the smell lingers in the store as well. Hes also taken my order without washing his hands afterwards. Disgusting. Wash your hands. There’s been many times where I’ve caught him and another employee sleeping in the car leaving those employees alone. Seriously how can you treat the staff like that ? How is the owner that unaware.
Screaming at staff is never acceptable, there use to be a young lady that worked there with red hair and the manager was constantly saying things to her it made me so uncomfortable I will never be buying from that place again
