My wife and I stopped by this Raspado Xpress location because she wanted her Strawberry Raspado. We found parking easily in the plaza this store is in. I got their nachos with jalapenos. The lady working made our order quick and we took it home to eat. My wife loved her strawberry Raspado but my nacho chips were very stale. It was old or sat out for too long.

Usually love this place but the most recent time we found a LONG HAIR in my fresas con crema. We knew it wasn't any of ours because the hair was caught in the lid!! Absolutely DISGUSTING! The young girl who was serving us wasn't wearing a hairnet or anything to catch her hair. The besafresa that we asked to not be spicy was spicy-.- She definitely did this all intentionally and will not be coming back to this raspado xpress again.

Really disappointed in Raspados Express. I tend to order or pick up from here at least twice a week, but today they gave me incorrect items (the wrong item was much cheaper than what I actually ordered - so I got charged extra for a cheaper product). *I'm editing this because the owner responded to me. I don't need anything free, just please make the orders right. I'm still kind of nervous to order, but I really do respect...
