La Doña Mariscos Estilo Sinaloa — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I was curious to stop by downtown LA and see how things were doing with the pandemia. People going by, shopping here and there, nothing out of the ordinary. I started to feel hungry and was ready to get back home when I spot this unique place, and I like to support small businesses. *The Agua Chiles caught my attention but the server replayed by telling me they were really spicy, he was kind at first. I requested for *Tacos de Birria as well in case the Agua Chiles weren't consumable due to the spice. Everything was going well. Unfortunately, they did not save the food for to go appropriately causing a mess and just right before taking off the establishment, I show them the mess and the person in charge had just charged 3-customers (including my self), 'cleaned' the tables, then touch my food with his dirty hands 🤢 I told him right away that was unacceptable and would like to have my money back since he had touch my food with his dirty hands, he refused. The cook grabbed the plate and toasted on a cup on a way my stomach turned.
