Very disappointed!! On June 11th I had spoke to the manager max asking to set up a dinner for party of 12 for my wife's birthday! The owner had told me yes he can accommodate me I was very happy I asked if they had anything special he told me I could bring my own cake an I could come early to set up some ballons! The owner had stated that they had Mexican singers an they could sing a birthday song to my wife if I liked I said that's great an had set this up for June 19th he took my name an number also! today I call to confirm everything only to be told by a very rude women that told me, she new nothing of what I'm talking about! I tried to explain to her that I had set this up over a week ago an she continued to tell me no! an that she don't know what I'm talking about an that I couldn't speak to no one else! She then hung up on me! I continued to call back in frustration asking to speak to someone else! not understanding how this business can be so...unprofessional! This women refused to give me her name or speak to anyone! She then put a Customer on the phone to tell me she don't understand what I'm saying an that there isn't no manager! Which at this point I couldn't believe! They had him tell me that the owner is in Cancun an that he dosent remember talking to me an to take my business somewhere else because he on vacation an not going to deal with anything or talk to me till he comes back Monday! I was beyond shocked at this type of action! This was so upsetting an the worst customer service! I was lied to an treated disrespectful! Thankfully I found another mexican restaurant that was willing to accommodate me at the last moment an they had the best service! Thanks to darios in Canyon country my wife had a great dinner!! Read morei was very disappointed coming here because the only reason why i came here was because at my local sirenita near my house i got spoiled shrimp once and when i tried to complain about it the lady got really offended and was trying to force me to keep the plate and i went back and forth with her telling her to try it because the shrimp were spoiled they tasted sour and were just not good at all she finally brought me a new plate but the fact that she tried to make me keep the spoiled shrimp made me not want to go there ever again so i decided to try this location and when we got there the service was great our waitress was on top of everything it was a sunday afternoon so it was busy!! But today the server was awful, the straw that broke the camels back was when I asked her for a container for my salsa, and she literally brings me a 2oz portion container, I asked her for another one for a small amount of salsa that was leftover, and obviously didn't fit in the 2 oz container. She came back with the check, but no container. I asked her again, and she proceeded to tell me that she already gave me a container and her boss told her not to give me another. Needless to say, I asked to speak with the manager. When he came over, I asked him how could he refuse a customer another container after dropping $120, not to mention we are regulars.
