What causes a restaurant to have to make you pay for your meal before they will serve it to you? Are too many people running out on the bill? Are people not wanting to pay for the substandard quality food? Is it just in a shady neighborhood? Perhaps all the above from my experience. I review all of my Asian restaurants by first ordering a basic staple on my first visit, an easily identifiable, simply prepared dish that gives me a quick review of multiple proteins and the preparation of the simplest of starches...rice. Namely, the House Fried Rice. If it doesn't pass the test...I never go back, I quit while I'm ahead so to speak. How can you screw that up, right? It typically includes a mix of proteins, usually beef, chicken and shrimp. So how did they do? Terrible...Super dry, like rehydrated beef jerky, re-heated (60 per pound count sized) dry shrimp, re-heated dry chicken, and the worse; flavorless dry, starchless rice...probably from the day before. The rice wasn't even oily, no oil or moisture of any kind.. Heck, it was all from the day or two before. There was literally only two pieces of each protein, and one generous slice of cucumber. I've tried the frozen fried rice from Trader Joe's, one hundred times better at less than half the price of these leftovers. This place has thrown in the towel, and the referee has begun the eight...

VERY IMPORTANT FIRST READ IT BEFORE BUY HERE...👈 The Thai food is one of our favorite in Sn. Fernando Valley....but one think VERY IMPORTANT 👈... NEVER BUT NEVER!!!!!!....PAY WITH DEBIT OR WORST WITH CREDIT CARD👈...... and Google knows than I don't talk 💩... I don't need it but let me explain it...in short words my wife has a credit card than never use for the high interest only emergencies for sure👈....one day she got a phone call from the credit card company saying that she was China or Japan I don't remember exactly the country but an Asian country, saying that she using that card like never before...buying refrigerator, TVs, Dishwashers, Sofas,Computers & and a bunch of thinks ....and she said Noooooo hell Nooooooo,please cancel that card,thanks God she pay an extra fees with credit card like protection in this cases...they tell my wife if we wanna start a sue again them for this but we said No... I hope that this bad history help someone. P.D.: Since that day we pay ONLY CASH and remember reclaim your recibe even they make faces when u ask them for a recibe that way they need pay taxes 👈... I've been coming to this restaurant practically all my life. I'm 23 now and the servers already know me and my family and our usual order. They've always been kind and attentive and personable and the food is delicious. Definitely a major part of my childhood growing up and for years it was, and still is, my favorite restaurant.

I cannot say how much I love this place and the staff, even if parking is a little hectic and inflation has raised prices. In my eyes, totally worth it.
