I tried this food truck for the first time, we had Asada tacos and a burrito and Im sorry to say, but it was so salty, everyone eating it at my house threw away some of their food. The red salsa is just ok, it had bits of onions in it and for some that dont like onions, it just doesnt work. When food is too salty, it just takes away every good thought or enjoyment you have eating it. Maybe it was just their batch of meat today, but a def disappointment. Literally felt my blood pressure go up. It wasnt just salty, it was like someone accidentally dropped too much salt in the meat when cooking it. I can do better at home. The service was awesome, the guy at the front was very chill, speaks good english and even gave me info on how to look at their menu online with a qr code sticker he gave me. I had the cheese and flor de calabaza (squash blossom) quesadillas made of corn masa dough--very good.
Also had a chicharron mulita, which hit the right spot as again the tortillas seemed to be of house made masa corn dough.
This is what Mexican food is, and unfortunately don't always find at brick and mortar restaurants serving...
