Los Chilaquiles Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Torrance

We randomly picked this place because we wanted Mexican food but with breakfast I come to find out that there was not a lot of breakfast options but after I selected the level of spiciness that I wanted along with some carnitas and some over medium eggs this plate was to die for. This location is in a very random shopping location which I would never have turned my head to look but I'm glad we made this choice because any other chilaquiles that I eat I will always compare it to that first dish I tried here. The place was clean and vibrant, the dude serving was okay. Not rude but not over welcoming. The food was okay nothing special, I got the Spicy chiliqueles with a egg over easy and was served quickly. When eating my food I was expecting a more flavorful sauce but it was lacking a little bit, the eggs were perfectly cooked and just how I like them. Over all it was a decent meal but i wouldnt order that again, the price was kinda much for chips and eggs also. Food was very bland, To me it's not authentic enchiladas. More like El Torito and Acapulco style. The beans needed salt, the rice was the closest to authentic as you can get. I was originally going to get chilaquiles, but after watching how they're made, inducing the sauce and charging $4.00 extra for an egg, it's ridiculous.
