I just had to completely delete my old review because my next experience trumped everything! I called to see if they would give me a new pizza and without even asking any questions they agreed. When I got in they did verify my photos but the rapid response and the “no problem” demeanor was impressive!
Then I had a chance to meet with the store manager, Miguel. This gentlemen is possibly one of the best leaders I have ever seen. Hi is very intelligent, eloquent and knowledgeable with his product and brand. He troubleshoots and solves problems quickly and without any hesitation. A few days later I went in to grab a pizza and I saw Miguel, not in his office but in the assembly line coaching and mentoring his team.
This guy is an up-and-commer and I am so impressed and proud to have such great leaders coming out of Sylmar! This gentlemen will go places fast.
I had a chance to interact with the team members as well and they are all super dedicated and loyal to Miguel. His assistant is like the “sheriff” and does a great job of managing the stores operations; it’s very obvious.
The issue with this location is not any fault of anyone person. It’s just the demand that you have in the booming Sylmar economy. The store is busy so order ahead, use DoorDash or whatever you need to. Just know this place is usually jam packed with people and especially after school as there are 2 schools near the location with hungry kids filling the place up for takeout pizza.
Parking is also tough to nearly impossible sometimes. Just be patient. Still, these are all great problems to have. Great job to the team in Sylmar you all deserve an award for...

Edit: I am so disappointed with the service. I ordered through the app. It said it was ready. I went in and went to the kiosk to put my code in and when I go to grab my order there was nothing there. So I tell the employee and they cannot find my order. I show them my order through the app. They say they will make it again. Should be ready in 5 minutes. What a lie. We waited 30 minutes. Not just that, but they gave a man a pizza labeled pepperoni and he came back because inside it was hawaiian not pepperoni. They need better customer service and training. To work more organized and efficiently to reduce mistakes. I would have asked for a refund however given that we had already waited over 20 minutes, I was not going to waste my time for nothing. We ordered extra most bestest pizza btw. I don't feel like one of them was made that way. But whatever. Also the fridge doesn't work, the soda was room temperature.
