The lobby wreaks and has been wreaking for a while, like sewage. The smell hits you the moment you walk in. No one sits inside to eat anymore and the poor employees have been forced to work in those conditions, with the stench, for months that they have grown "accustomed" to it; this is supposedly their new normal. That is not legal to make their employees deal with such a scent. It's as if the sewage pipe exploded and is blanketing the whole store. Smells like that have bacteria, particles that fill the air and get into your food. If any of their customers get sick from consumption because of a problem that is being ignored they're going to have major PR issues as well as face a massive payout in settlements. Their employees and customers deserve better, so they need to do better. McDonald's says "I'm Lovin' It", I don't think the people are. I love McDonald's, I was even Ronald for halloween and the kids were fascinated by it, I've sung their praises for quite some time, until their prices skyrocketed and the lower income (myself included) could no longer afford a meal that was made for our demographic, but this lack of consideration for their people regarding following OSHA guidelines is grotesque. It needs to be fixed asap. They owe it to everyone to provide a SAFE working environment as well as SAFE products to consume. I will be contacting OSHA and corporate in regards to this matter.
Update: It is now October 21st and over a week ago the smell was still there. I contacted every agency/regulator that is supposed to take care of the issue but every one passed the buck and stated "it's not our responsibility since they're a private company" which made no sense considering its a public safety matter. I then decided to write to corporate in hopes of getting their attention. I don't think that worked neither. The employees needs to speak up and protest for better working conditions. We are stronger...
Read moreThis is likely the worst McDonald location I been too so far. This Mcdonald is in the same plaza as a self car wash station so cars entering the lot or leaving the drive thru will likely get oversprayed from someone washing their car. The drive thru lane here is also very narrow so be careful not to scratch your rims and there only 1 lane. I was in the area so I placed my mobile order to this store. Even doing a mobile order I had issues, it said my order didn't go through so I had to place it again. When I got to the place and made it through the narrow drive thru, I give them my code and they said they have 2 orders for me. I told them the issue I had and they said they'll cancelled 1 of the order so hopefully they do. I got a small fries and a medium fries to use your deal since the dodger won. They forgot to give me ketchup and the fries did not have any flavors so I had to add my own salt, black pepper and ketchup to make it flavorful. I'm likely never coming to this location since other McDonald...
Read moreSo this place can't handle the overflow from the one remodeling on Sepúlveda. The prices have always been higher here, now ridiculous. Fast food is suppose to be good and cheap. They don't heat the buns. A large drink is now over two dollars. What I hate most is getting in line for breakfast between 9:20 - 9:30 a.m. and when you get up to put your order at 10 to 10. They tell you they ran out or tell you corporate has them close ten minutes early. Both lies by the shift manager. They never smile and say, "Have a great day." The one on Sepúlveda will more than likely be more automated and at much higher prices. What happened Ronald? You got greedy? And you been hanging around with the Hamburgler so long, your stealing food out of baby's and little kids mouths? Bring back the plain...
