McDonald's — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I give this place a zero. And to think that as soon as I walked in the lady at the front register was quick to tell me they were closed. I asked her if I could use the restroom only and she said I could. I walked to the restroom and it was locked. Then I went back and talked to the manager and he said "Go ahead!" I then told him it was locked and he said he'd be right over there nonchalantly. And not to brag, but my uncle owns a chain of McDonald's and these individuals who work for McDonald's are obviously very unhappy to work there. I am a human being who deserves some respect and honesty at least. I waited by the ladies restroom for a good ten minutes. Wow...these two employees need to feel fulfilled with a different mindset and career choice because this example of not having decency to a customer is a huge disappointment. Passive aggressive behavior is the worse, because any human being who demonstrates this does not hold the higher caliber of intelligence and decency. It's okay, I won't come here again and I will keep my head up high because I'm not offended but have to feel sorry for them. I will not be coming here again, today I came in to get my kids shamrock Oreo MC flurry's and they couldn't even make them right, and that's even after I had kindly asked the cashier if they could please make sure to stir them correctly since this has been an issue in the past, I saw that the cashier went to the female supervisor and told her (they said if you could stir it well) the female supervisor made and gave me the sloppiest mc flurry's and she just added the mint liquid on top and didn't even mix it right, when I complained the same supervisor had a bad attitude and couldn't acknowledge her mistake. I will never come back again, the pictures I posted shows what MC Donald's advertises versus what you really get. This McDonald's has gotten worse with time, they're always in such a hurry that everything they make comes out sloppy and these Oreo mc flurry's are a perfect example, I hope they hire better employees that actually care about how they represent...

I've always came here thru drive thru and have ordered the same thing always .. the number 8 with out the English muffin add biscuit and bacon, no egg .. the first day I decide to go inside to order they make a big deal about me ordering the number 8 like that when I've never had a problem . The girl who took my order got it right the first time then I think her manager came over and stared to tell her God knows what almost screaming at her Infront of everyone .. how embarrassing!! She had to reduce my order and they gave me my order wrong ! When I went inside to tell the manager/lady she gave me really bad attitude ! So rude .. if you don't wanna have problem while getting your food find another McDonald's or something else cuz if the management talks to customers like that I can't even imagine about the regular employees!! Shame on you McDonald's for hiring people...
