First and foremost it is NOT my problem if your employees are impatient and it is also NOT my problem if your employees don't speak English very well. I am extremely livid and disheartened with the way I was treated! I arrived to the McDonalds at the location I listed above and placed an order (number 6, two caramel sundaes, and a lemonade). The lady on the speaker asked me the following question with a thick accent and broken english-- "does that complete your order?" I said "no, one minute please"... she proceeds to tell me that my time is up and she's already completed the order and "moved it on to the next screen". I have no clue what the hell that means, as I don't work there and quite frankly I don't care! I asked her if she was kidding and if I could add one more item to my order. She replied "No, because you told me your order was completed and I moved it on to the next screen"... so I told her "You've got to be kidding me, you're turning down my business?"... I asked for the Manager and to my damn surprise she tells me she is the Manager...As I pulled up to the drive-thru window I asked for the person she reports to, she told me "Glendy" was NOT there. I then asked for her name and corporate telephone number. Her name is "Rosa". Read moreWe only ordered two large fries through the drive through. When we received the fries they were filled half way. We asked if they could please fill the fries. It seems like they would walk away with them and come back without filling. So the second time I see that there the same. I looked confused and asked and showed the fries and again asked if they can fill the fies? Gave them back along the bag, so they can see there are no fallin fries in the bag. the 3rd time the manager gave back and she either gave back the same half filled fries or she filled them back half way. At that point we just said thank you and left but we will not go back to this location! Just fill the fries. You would think it's that simple but people don't or don't want to provide good costumer service. We paid for a large not a medium. We were not asking for extra. Just what we paid for. Ps. Fries are not cheap and cant expect people be passive about it and just fill what we paid. But ok, not going to this...
Read moreThe manager by the name of Diana is very rude & unprofessional while in the drive-thru I had ordered 2 sundaes & 13 chocolate chip cookies the person on the intercom said it will be about 4 to 5 minutes & asked me if I could wait I said sure and asked about a complimentary 10% discount manager jumped on the intercom responded very rudely as if she hated her job "NO" discounts either you take what we have or not, I pulled forward had to ask her for her name twice refused to write it down and said you will have to remember it & the franchise # to call what happen to the motto The customer is always right. My family & I have been coming here for years. But after my recent visit "NEVER"again will I return to this McDonald's where my business isn't appreciated.
