Hello, to give a little background, me and the office i work at always order more that 200-300 dollars of catering from here and all the worker's practially know me because i sometimes go there alone on my lunch, im a huge beliver of supporting small family businesses so i go here to eat lunch. Today i went and it was new workers im not sure who because they wouldnt give me their names after asking multiple times. anyways i sat down and the waitress ( a girl) came to me with a very thic accent that i couldnt understand and asked what i would like. I told her i would like the spicy noodles with steak (beef) and a drink and salad. She brought the salad and drink but when she brought the food it was wrong. She brought the thick noodles with green peppers. I told her maybe there was a misunderstanding and asked if i could get the spicy noodles that are very thin. She said she willl correct it and bring it. At this point i was waiting for nearly 30 min with no food..... she comes back a few min later with another kind of noodles and steak that were thinner than the ones before but it was sweet and not spicy.the ones before but it was sweet and not spicy. I than asked her again this is the wrong order and even showed the PICTURE of the menu of what u wanted. She said those are egg noodles eventho on the menue it doesnt say what kind of noodles so how is a customer suppose to know? She goes in the kitchen for another 10-15 min at this point my whole entire lunch break ive been sitting with no food and its been 45 min. She than comes back and tells me she spoke with the owner and he said that we can correct the dish anymore because they had tried to correct it 2 times alreadt eventho it was THEIR ERROR. Eventho i was waitinf for 45 they aaid the drink was free which i dont care for a 2 dollar cup of boba and that they cant correct the food basically telling me to leave. When i asked for the owners name and phone number the waitress refused to give it, i asked for a manager and no one came, u asked for the waitress name and she didnt give it. This is THE WORST EXPERIENCE ive had ever. Definitely not ordering from here anymore or putting in any big orders anymore. They have to get some workers that speak english and understand....
Read moreI have only ever ordered Thai food from Monster Thai and have done for years. I always order the same 2 dishes whether it be a lunch special or a whole order of Mongolian Beef and Chicken Pad Thai. I also have always ordered it cooked "mild". Tonight I ordered it as usual, it was repeated back to me as I ordered it. When I got it home both dishes were loaded with red pepper flakes and they were both too hot to eat, and I don't mean temperature wise. When I called to inform them I would be coming back with the food and I wanted them replaced without pepper flakes I got an argument. That set me off. As an unhappy customer who has to make a return trip I was expecting an apology. The man I spoke with told me it would be 20 to 25 minutes because they were busy. I told him I would be there in 10 to 15 minutes and if my food wasn't ready I would leave the food and receive a refund. I actually sat in my car and came in 20 minutes after I called. The young man who took my order and a cook came out from the back and both began to argue with me that I ordered incorrectly and that was how "mild" food was made all the time. I insisted that I had been ordering for years and always ordered the same. What happened to the customer is always right? If they had only apologized I would have been less angry and less inclined to argue and defend myself. Oh and by the way, I had been put on hold when I called which just meant he put the phone on the counter and I heard an exchange with a customer who was complaining that her last order was too spicy. Now I have a dilemma because I like their food but I think I will be hard pressed to order...
Read moreMy review is not so much about the food but the delivery. Today we ordered our usual order and two Thai Iced Tea. The delivery was a cluster F. It started when we noticed that the drinks where wrong and we asked to please look again for what we ordered. That was corrected. We laid everything out and I saw a little brown box and decided to open first, and I proceeded to eat a few of the cream cheese croutons with the dipping sauce. What happened next was shocking, the delivery person came back and asked for them. I asked my husband wait you didn’t order these? And I proceed to tell the delivery person, That I was sorry and I had opened and eaten a few, he said no is not yours and took them and even asked for the OPENED and DIPPED INTO sauce and left. Over a half hours has passed and the delivery person comes back and says we gave you something that was not yours and I said, you know we already ate. My husband let’s them in and they look thru the food on our counter and they pick the item. Luckily we never even opened this item. Horrible and disgusting. How could you delivery to someone something that another person had already eaten.
