My family came here to celebrate my nephew birthday. My sister made reservations ahead of time for a party of 9. Finding parking was easy because there are ton of parking spots to pick from. We had to wait around 10 minutes for our table to be ready. Once we got seated, we had to wait like another 20ish minute for the chef to come out to cook our meal. For our appetizer we started off with the cucumber salad, garlic edamame, egg rolls, shrimp tempura and creamy spicy shrimp. The appetizers were delicious and they give a decent amount of portion. For the main entrée, I got the Filet Mignon with shrimp and my wife got the hibachi salmon. The Filet Mignon was very tender and juicy, I asked for medium rare and the chef cooked it to perfection. My wife enjoyed her Salmon and they give you a big portion of the fish. We were already full when the chef chose to cook the veggies last. The chef presentation while cooking was nice and he put on a good show for my nephew. The customer service we received was good, they paid attention to our tablet and we were satisfied with our experience here. My score: Food: 4.5 star, everyone loved their dish here and the appetizer. The main thing here is that you'll have to wait so order some appetizer to help while waiting for the chef. Service: 5 star, the staff was very nice and paid attention to our tablet if we were low on anything. Atmosphere: 4.5 star, the restrauant is nice and for a Friday night they weren't that busy. I believe they are short staff here. Parking: 5 star, you won't have any issue finding parking here.

Very very out dated and just plain cheap looking decor. I kind of felt like it's a restaurant that should be on an Episode of Bar Rescue or restaurant rescue. Carpeted floors come on now! Horrible lighting. Kind of old smelling. The chef was cool but did no little show thing like the other teppan places HUGE fire with the oil damn near burned everyone. Definitely burned some of the food but in that weird way you smell the fuel. The vent up above was leaking on both ends of the table from the lil rain we had from Mexicos hurricane Kay, and they still sat us there. I was wondering why a staff member was wiping the sauce dishes off when we were seated, the other guy was leaked on from the hood vent so was my kid. They brought out new sauce dishes. Oddly enough though the food was good and chef did cook it ok, but usually the veggies are cooked first with the fried rice not last. The plating by him was simply horrible might as well have just mixed everything all together and served it up. Our group was almost done eating and they put the other tables white rice on our grill like what place does that and leaves it there for 10 minutes? The staff were really nice though and it's not their fault, its an owner issue. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the food did taste good. I only stayed because I didn't want to be the complainer in my party that was all excited to eat here. As soon as I saw the old deco zero ambiance and old worn out carpet finger prints all on the front glass doors I would've walked right out. But oh well. Wont ever go back.

Take the extra time and a little extra money to go to Benihana . We came in at 7:30 on a Tuesday and they still sat us at the Teppanyaki table which is THE ONLY reason they are getting two stars . We were sat with a family of 4 that asked for no eggs , no pepper , no shellfish , and everything well done . I understand people have allergies and restrictions but they should’ve cooked on different sides of the table or theirs first so it wasn’t bland . Instead of the restaurant making the entire table to one parties liking . They made the WHOLE take like that . The chicken was EXTREMELY over cooked . They do give shrimp as an appetizer at the end but 1 of their party said yes to all of the shrimp and it had to be well done . I asked the waitress for sriracha with the appetizer and it took her around 30 minutes to get to me .

This restaurant is usually a good place to eat but last night it was terrible. After receiving our soup, everyone at our table (my party + one other party) had to wait a total of 16 minutes for a soup spoon and this is after three of us asking waitresses/waiters for spoons. I finally had to get up and go to front to ask for spoons. We waited 10 more minutes after I got up to ask. In addition, after giving our orders, I told him no onions because I am allergic. He got the fried rice correct, with no onions, but when making the vegetables, he dumped a huge pile of them with the onions on top of the rest of my food on my plate. My food was cooked okay but the other party stated their s was not and one guy ordered well done and got a few pieces that were rare which cook mixed with next persons "rare" order. At the end of our meal, we all received our checks quickly but they never asked any of us if we wanted dessert/ice cream. I had to flag him down to ask for ice cream. Then the other party saw we were eating ice cream and they weren't and had to find a waiter to continue serving them, as well. They all ordered ice cream, as well. I am sorry but when you spend $150.+ for two people to eat, for dinner, you expect better service. They know how much every party is spending. It's a lot to eat there. I spend the same or less at Ruth's Chris or Flemings and get impeccable service. Side note: The worst part of this restaurant is the lighting is so bright you feel like you are at the doctors office getting an examination. Terrible lighting. I overheard several others mention how bright it was in there so it's not just our party. I haven't been here in a few years and not going back. Looking forward to better options when they finish building the mall extension on the...
