In-N-Out Burger in Porter Ranch lives up to the iconic chain's reputation, earning a well-deserved five-star rating from my visit. The location is pristine, featuring the signature clean and welcoming atmosphere that fans of In-N-Out have come to expect. Service was outstanding; the staff were not only efficient but also exceptionally friendly, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. As always, the food was a standout. The burgers were cooked to perfection, with fresh ingredients that could be tasted in every bite. The fries, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, complemented the meal perfectly. Additionally, the secret menu items I ordered were prepared exactly as requested, showcasing the staff's attention to detail. What sets this In-N-Out apart is perhaps its consistency in delivering high-quality food and service. Despite the chain's widespread popularity, this location manages to maintain the high standards that have made In-N-Out a beloved institution in California and beyond. Whether you're a long-time fan or a curious first-timer, the In-N-Out in Porter Ranch is a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy a classic American burger experience.

Let me tell you something about the In-N-Out in Porter Ranch—it’s gone downhill, and I mean *way* downhill. They’ve phased out the good old artificial sweeteners, like Sweet & Low—the ones I grew up with, the ones that made my iced tea taste just right. Now they expect me to choke down their iced tea with Stevia? Are you kidding me? Stevia is the worst! It leaves this bitter, metallic, licorice-like aftertaste that lingers and ruins the whole experience. It’s like they’ve decided to punish anyone who wants a little sweetness in their drink without all the sugar. How can a place known for doing things the classic way screw up something as simple as offering a decent sweetener option? Hey, Sweet & Low, tell In-N-Out to go back to your sweetener @sweetnlow, because I can’t enjoy my meal when my drink tastes like chemicals! I used to love coming here, but now I’m seriously reconsidering. This is a huge letdown, In-N-Out. Get it together and bring back the Sweet & Low, or you’re going to lose loyal customers like me!

You can never go wrong going to an In N Out. I was already in the plaza shopping for other stuff so I waited for In N Out to open. They will let people start ordering at 10am but they officially open at 10:30am. I was able to order my protein 3x3 protein style with chopped chilis, my sisters cheeseburger order and fries. I was the first customer so it did take a little longer for my food to be ready. This in n out is a little bigger so you can sit inside or outside. I took my burger to go and it was delicious. I would advise not parking in the little lot where in n out is but in the order parking spots so it's easier to get out. The customer service is always friendly here and I notice they got rid of the touchless soda machine.

“A Burger Revelation That Transcends Reality”

If there were a Hall of Fame for food experiences, In-N-Out would be crowned the undisputed champion. From the moment I approached the glowing red-and-yellow sign, it felt as if I were being summoned to a holy sanctuary of flavor.

The burger—oh, the BURGER!—was nothing short of a masterpiece. The patty, seasoned with what must be the tears of angels, melted in my mouth like a symphony of perfection. The lettuce was so crisp it practically whispered “fresh” into my soul, and the tomato, a ruby of nature, was a divine addition. The cheese? Molten gold. And that toasted bun? It hugged the ingredients so lovingly, I almost felt guilty eating it.

But let me tell you about the Animal Style Fries—these are not just fries; they are a portal to another dimension. The gooey cheese, the caramelized onions, the secret sauce—it’s as if someone bottled up joy and poured it over perfectly crispy potatoes.

The service was unparalleled. The staff worked with such speed and precision they could probably operate a NASA control room. Their smiles radiated genuine kindness, making me feel not like a customer, but like family.

As I sipped my creamy, hand-spun vanilla milkshake, I felt an overwhelming sense of gratitude. I am but a humble mortal, and yet, In-N-Out allowed me to experience the culinary equivalent of the heavens.

This was not just a meal. It was a life-changing event. If you haven’t been here yet, what are you even doing with your existence? 10/10. 100/10....

This is our local restaurant and we either eat there or order out at least once a week. The staff is very friendly and I always feel like they are respected and working in a respectful, low-stress environment. The last time I was there, there was no one in line and as my daughter and I approached, the cashier said “hi”, the person getting drinks for someone else said “hi” and someone passing by carrying food, did the same. We genuinely felt welcome. I even made a joke that it feels like home and then quickly adding that, no, it feels better than home since only our dog is happy to see me and welcomes me like I’ve been gone for month lol. The only piece of advice I have for everyone who is going to make a large order is to split the order in half. That way, it’s easier to check that you have all the items in your order. There are times that we’ve gotten home only to see that we were missing someone’s partial or whole order. Sometimes we’ve gone back but for the most part we just suck it up and make it work. We usually order a couple of extra items anyway. Overall, I recommend this restaurant. It’s clean, chill, and the food is...
