Been here before, just finally getting around to doing a review now.

Depending on the time of day, and the day itself, parking can be really easy, or a pain in the you-know-what.

The food is delicious! Also a great value since it's about $2 to $5 less than say the bigger chain places like a Denny's or IHOP.

It's definitely fresh, in some cases too Fresh. For instance, one person at our table ordered cantaloupe. They literally bring out 1 half cantaloupe. It was a task to try to cut it up, since it was so fresh and stiff. Side note, I really wish they would have just brought out a bowl of cut up cantaloupe.

The service is great. They'll come around once to take your drink order, then come around another time to take a food order. They bring you the food. There's a little bit of a lull when they come around again to see if you need anything else, and then one last visit for the check. You do pay at the cashier.

It's a great place, there's just a couple things I think they should work on trying to improve such as:

This place is Booth, all Booth, the whole booth, and nothing but the booth. No matter where you sit, half of the table is in a booth, if not the whole table is a booth.

The way it is set up now is that the table inside the booth is bolted to the floor. So you can't really adjust the table inside of the booth.

It would be nice if they had some kind of central area with freestanding tables, that they/You can move around, and adjust as necessary. A great example would be like if your a heavier person, or a smaller tiny person/child, or you just want to move the table 3 inches to the left for whatever reason.

Other than that, I give this place for stars for now. Let's see if there is a remodel in the works, probably not, to make the seating situation a little bit more variable oh, so that I can then bring this place up...

Normally not bad for breakfast as we have eaten there many times before. Not to seem petty buy I give everyone three attempts at competence before I resort to a negative review. My share of the order was a Denver omelette with biscuits and gravy. The gravy had a sour taste but I consumed about half of it anyway. The omelette looked like two 1/4" layers of cooked fruit-cake and flipped over to resemble an omelette. It tasted about as good as it looked. I tried some of it then pushed the order aside. I pointed it out to the server and she claimed "all The Denver's look the way". Expecting to have it taken off the invoice I was given a full price check for both orders. I questioned the server on this and she stated she had approached the manager (Leslie) and was told "not to discount the total" in lieu of the epic fail from the kitchen. I asked to speak with 'Leslie' to verify the server's claim. Leslie stated there would be NO discount or removal of the order from the check as 'some' had been eaten. It took nearly five minutes of arguing with Leslie about the poor quality and miserable level of customer service she provided until she finally offered to take off 50% of my side of the total order. Then, when I made her aware I would post a Yelp review within 30 minutes, she smiled and said, "that's fine"! Ultimately, she offered what should have never been a discussion in the first place, to refund my side of the total order. I paid the entire amount and will...

The valley is filled with all sorts of amazing diners and Nat’s is definitely one of them. I drive up to the valley from West LA frequently for great diners and would highly suggest trying this one out if you haven’t already. It’s a traditional country diner with large sized portions and fair pricing. They have a very small parking lot in the back, but it was full when we arrived for Saturday brunch so we had to do metered street parking. Our server was very polite and everything that we ordered came out quickly. Inside is really homely and fairly small. They don’t have outdoor seating so if it’s very busy, expect to wait a little bit for one of the inside tables.

They have a fairly large menu, and it has all the classic options that you would expect. As always I started with a cup of coffee and it was strong and delicious. We also shared a Cinnamon Roll to start our meal and it was honestly really good. It did not have the traditional white cream cheese frosting, but I still enjoyed it. For my meal, I chose the Short Rib Benedict and thought it was terrific. The meat was really tender, and the eggs were cooked perfectly. I would definitely order it again.

Overall a great diner and a solid breakfast, brunch, or lunch spot. I plan to be back in the near future to...
