Noah's Ark — Restaurant in Los Angeles

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Placed an order online and the delivery driver stated that the restaurant was closed when they arrived after the restaurant had already confirmed almost 30 minutes prior that they were making my order. I contacted the restaurant and they answered the phone and hung up several times before they actually let me speak, to which they YELLED back “we’re closed” and hung up AGAIN. The least they could’ve done was contact me when I initially placed the order to say they weren’t taking any orders, or contact the delivery driver so that they didn’t have to go out of their way just to get there for nothing. Someone stole my wife's purse from Balboa Golf Course near this restaurant. Immediately after, $3400 was charged to my credit card at this restaurant, which was flagged as fraud and declined. This person also tried to charge large amounts at Calstar Mercedes. I think the owner of this restaurant is involved in criminal activity. I have filed a police report and will be following up with this.
