North Hollywood Costco Food Court — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Recieve uncalled for customer service today by a young lady.

My husband went there to get me iced frappe freeze which I’ve gotten recently at the Pacoima food court 3 days ago. It’s the same mocha freeze but with just coffee flavor no mocha sauce

Now correct me if I’m wrong I thought all of the Costco food courts were supposed to be the same across the board. Especially they aren’t too far from each other.

Lady said there was only mocha latte freeze there and went on to raise her voice at my husband which was rude.

Then went carried on while she went to make the order she started to complain to the other coworkers about the item. Which wasn’t needed.

After receiving our order she gave us no condiments for the pizza which they have behind the counter no straw nothing!

Total shock especially coming from Costco! She keep messing up on our order and voiding stuff maybe the heat was getting to her. Still not necessary!

Got 4 ice creams and got 1 wrong, wouldn’t change it. Got a churro and the lady told us we would get them in a bit, we stayed waiting and nothing. 20 minutes waiting, we saw a new batch and waited for about 5 minutes to see if she’d give it us but didn’t. She just ignored us, we went to the second line and asked for the churro, by that time our ice creams were almost liquid, we asked to get them changed and same thing, half way through melting. Chicken bake also got colder and we when we asked to hanger it we just got the same one. There was a line and they were about to close so we just left with what we had. 0/10 experience, ice creams we completely melted by the time we gave them to the people who were going to eat it If I could give this 0 star I would

Same any other Costco food court. What makes it 5 stars in comparison to others is it's cleanliness. Due to the layout of the condiment station and kitchen staff more frequently clean and restock. In the times I've shown up to this Costco there is no issue with ice or drink temperature(Luke warm) or syrup. This is a high traffic food court especially after 3pm as local students dine her...
