What impressed me the most was their willingness to go the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction. They patiently answered my questions and accommodated my special requests without any hesitation. The customers of a certain race, she treats better than others. Read moreThe absolute worst Burger King ive been to , I placed the mobile order and pulled up to the parking lot with two cars in the Drive-Thru and one person waiting for their food in the dining room. After not saying anything to me for 10 minutes after I walked in I finally had to say excuse me can I get my order and they said oh yeah we'll start working on that now right after I watched one of the workers pick up my order put it down and then take one of the easier orders that was in line instead. I waited almost 30 minutes for a burger despite me placing my order significantly before any of the other people who got in line afterwards and it seems like they were only prioritizing the drive-thru line because there was also a gentleman in there who had been waiting 15 minutes for his Oreo shake, the employees were not understanding at all and didn't seem to care.
