Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Never order from here again. The forgot part of the order and said it would take 45 mins to get it delivered. The pizza tasted like it was sitting out for a while and when I called the 2 managers one male and one female said there was nothing they could do about the pizza since we took 1 bite out of the whole thing and just keep telling me to call the manager tomorrow. No one would give me their names and would not give me the name of the manager I was supposed to call. Pizza Hut and dominos will fix them problem but apparently papa johns doesn’t care what they give you. Once your order is delivered they have your money and there is nothing you can do!! Pizza is always good at Papa John's, so there are no complaints there. The boneless chicken was mediocre, nothing special, to be honest. The reason the service got 3 stars is because they had called me to let me know they didn't have traditional wings. That wasn't a problem, so i got all boneless and was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. It took me about 10 minutes to get there, find parking, and go inside. When I ask for my order, they tell me they just put the last of my order in and should be about another 10 minutes. It's a papa johns better pizza than lil Cesar's but like double the price. If you like to gamble this is the spot for you. A hit or miss sometimes. We have gotten good here and it's so good, other times it's like not good and made us sick. I've found hair on more than one occasion but I mean what do you expect when no one wears hair nets? Also last time we got it it had huge air bubbles on it. Someone forgot to use the pizza roller thing with the buttons so it doesn't do that.
