This place is one of nostalgia and memory. When I would visit my grandparents as a child, I remember my late uncle Bob playing tennis with my father and us kids running around driving our parents nuts. I still remember the old oil pumps churning up and down and as a kid being memorized by them. The place always seemed safe and it is comforting seeing that not much has changed. I took my son here when visiting my very elderly grandparents, possibly for the last time and I was very pleasantly surprised to see not much has changed. Read moreWe love this park because the playground is basically new and has very new wood chips as the base. The jungle gyms are both small and large so it’s good for little kids and big kids alike. It’s surrounded by nice big grassy fields. There is also an exercise area with nice equipment for calisthenics The basketball court and Pickleball courts are also nice so I think there’s some thing for everyone to enjoy here there is also parking on the street at the bottom of the hill.
