Taco Bell — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I swear...this Taco Bell always hit-or-miss, and it's mostly misses. This particular morning, I really wanted to try the California Crunch Wrap, so I ordered one at 9:50am. The woman asked me to hold on, only to come back and tell me they "don't have the eggs ready for that item--it will take 15-20 min". What? You have more than a hour left in your breakfast hours, no line to speak of, and your not ready to serve EGGS? The stuff I make at home in 5 minutes? But I'm the fool...most of the last few times I've given this particular TB a chance, they were always "sorry" because they consistently did not have certain items available. Ill give an extra star since some of those occasions they offer a free drink or taco as consolation. I never had this issue anywhere else. They also tend to ask drivers to "back up and pull forward". I hate places that do that. I don't know when...

I spent over 40 dollars today 01/25/2025 at around 6pm, I'm very dissapointed from this establishment located on Manchester Blvd. I asked for strawberry lemonades on two combos, they didn't give me the right one, and not only that but the beef chalupa included in the combo, the beef, lettuce and tomatoes were invisible, same with the taco and the brc burrito I paid for wete also invisible with ground beef. I understand that times are hard but please I advice you not to rip off your loyal customers, it's not fair. I will not buy from your restaurant any longer, you are a disgrace to the consumer. Is ridiculous i send my husband to this Taco Bell becuase supposedly it was open till 2am my husband calls me n lets me know theres 10 cars n the drive-thru that he was going to take a bit longer n i said ok so he gets to the menue microphone n tries to place his order n the guy tells him they are only taking uber eats orders n my husband tells him y u don't have a sign saying that! N his sorry! n the worst thing he had to wait for all the cars enfront of him to get there orders im defently going to call corporate office your google account doesn't say that + u guys never answer...
