Ive been coming here for years!! Since i was a littler girl my dad would bring us here for a delicious raspado de NUEZ!!! My personal favorite. Now i bring my daughters for ice cream and snacks ❤!! I will never stop coming to buy some raspados or ice cream or diablito or tostilocos my favorite everything is very delicious and thwy aslo have a newer store a block away!! ❤ so im definitely not leaving great service aswell !! Friendly employees some are the same employees from when i use to come as a little girl with all my siblings i cant believe she actually recognized me !! ❤😊definitely recommend it...

They have the worst customer service if you want an attitude by the employees. Please pass by the store, not only they give you an attitude they will provide you with the oldest fruit. I ordered a Biónico and Choco Flan again the fruit was old the banana was the eatable the strawberries were nasty. As for the Flan it was dry and old we noticed when we got home.
