Saw this place on TV show called. California Cooking. Had to try it out. Kind of funky thinking sushi on bagels, but, WOW was it good. This place isn’t close to us but glad we took a side trip on the way to Calistoga. Definitely will go again and again. Have to try the decadent lobster and caviar bagel the couple next to us were eating. Only draw back was there was a line to get in. Waiting for about 30 minutes but was worth the wait. Awesome idea. The wasabi cream cheese and furikake bagel combo with the tuna poke was possibly the most surprisingly delicious thing i’ve had all year. The hamachi crudo with a zest of lemon was also surprisingly light and delicious. And the white fish salad is the best i’ve had in years.

I gotta say their bagels are very mid 3/5 atleast for the ikura and scramble egg w salmon mouse one. No flavor for the egg, bagel was cardboard like and ikura had no flavor.
