Consistently rude stuff members. He always have an attitude, to get your order wrong constantly and try to blame it on you. they will do things like three of them will stand around talking not working is socializing in normal tone of voice the one person in the back who's actually working or bag the food and then they will passive aggressively scream the order number at you in a rapid succession back to back to back even when they see you walking up for it and if you ask pretty sauces they pretty much throw them at you good luck getting any napkins.
The worst of all of them is one that claims to be a manager, that lady threatened to refuse service to me and cancel my order while I was waiting for my order to be prepared simply because I set my fountain drink on a table that was marked was closed off due to the pandemic (did not sit at the table just sit my soda there because it was the literal only surface that wasn't taped off) no sooner did I set it on the table to she starts screaming "you can't be setting s* down there it's taped off for a reason I can I can ask you to leave I can refuse service to you" and yes you did actually swear, at which point I made it clear I was not going anywhere without the food I paid for already and because she has a problem with my soda being there that's tough I'm not moving, I eventually got my food very rudely.. this is the worst Jack in the box I've been to ever there are always way too many people on the clock there standing around doing nothing they are slow they are incompetent...

As I arrive to this location , I was waiting for someone to take my order by drive thru . It took approximately 5 min for an employee to take my order . So I got tired of waiting and went over to the window . A nice gentleman greet me I was able to place my order , I was about to give them my card , and he did let me know that there system was down at the moment , and as I was digging into my purse for cash , some white young or old lady, don’t know her age ( she was just grumpy with an ugly looking face ) lady stepped in and screamed at me and said “didn’t I just tell you, we are not accepting any ebt, debit card, or Apple Pay” and she rolled her eyes. She was wearing a red shirt, and was white , how I said , and had piercings some where in her face don’t clearly remember . But point is , there was no need to be rude . I’m not sure if she’s the manager but that’s really bad customer service . The way she screamed and looked at me I was about to pay in cash I was really hungry and just wanted my food but she killed my appetite. Corporate office needs to fire this lady . Don’t know who she was but she can’t be treating customers this way , I’ve worked in fast food restaurants myself and no matter how crazy it would get I tried to keep calm and always provide excellent customer service because I know the feeling of getting treated less . Read moreMy niece drove me to the drive thru on Monday September 11, 2023 in the evening between 8:00 & 8:30. I was pleased because there was no line to wait in. I tried to order a breakfast burrito combo and the worker seemed confused (almost like he was either drunk or on drugs. When I nicely commented that you serve breakfast at all hours, he finally seemed to awake from his daze. At that he said you didn't carry that item any longer. At that point, I tried to order another breakfast item in a clear, loud voice in order to be heard. To this he said that he still couldn't hear me. I repeated my order again even slower and louder but it didn't help at all. Because of my frustrations over not being able to be understood I calmly stated that I wanted to speak to a manager he said that he was the manager. In reply to that I said that he should do something about having faulty speakers. He seemed to take offense to the fact that I was frustrated that thru no fault of my own we simply couldn't communicate and he politely told me that he was refusing to serve me. I did tell him that I was displeased with his attitude and that the customer is supposed to be right. Because of this individuals poor AND disrespectful attitude towards me, I will not frequent this location anymore and will strongly consider not visiting any other locations...
