Starbucks — Restaurant in Los Angeles

The lack of positive customer service at this location is unacceptable. The lady with the swollen face (she needs a detox) was rude for no reason. First she didn’t listen to anything my partner was saying while ordering, second I found out after departing the location she stared me up and down while I was grabbing napkins for my partner, third she kept dismissing my partner when he was speaking. Simple disrespectful for no reason. Then she failed to utilize Starbucks Black Glove etiquette in order to place the tea bags in their cups. She did not wash her hands then proceeded to grab each tea bag with both her dirty bare hands (after dropping the second closed tea bag in the sink). It is easy to only grab the tea paper and refrain from grabbing the tea bag but she did not care about the germs on her hands nor the transfer of said germs. It was too early to argue with someone so lazy and uneducated about their customer service and hygiene so we in turn just went to a different Starbucks...

Macdonald’s coffee is superior in taste and aroma. This Starbucks is too small, most of the time there is no place to sitdown. They can add more tables by removing items that are on display in the middle of the coffeeshop, the manager doesn't seem to undetstand the problem with this space limitation. This Starbucks closes at 9:30pm which is too early. The coffee for the past few years has lost its taste. It tastes like a waterdowned coffee. Putting coffee in the flask also damage the taste of the coffee, fresh coffee must never come from a flask. And as always coffees are not organic. The decaff is full of dangerous chemicals. Friendly staff with great customer service, always smiling and always engaging with guests, staff who enjoys coming to work. I order the same modified drink and it's always how I want it. I like to order a venti iced cold brew double shot toffee nut. Its perfect.. for the Starbucks coffee thst it is. I wish that had more dark, bold options cause I like the flavor of coffee but it is pretty decent for a corporate franchise. Store is always clean and organized, with plenty of options in...
