Starbucks — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Oh Starbucks, what can I say? You make my day better when I am rushing to get to work and couldn't make a coffee at home myself. Today I decided to stop by the Starbucks on the corner of Victory Blvd and Reseda. I ordered my usual order which is a Venti vanilla cream cold brew with no ice, 2% milk and extra vanilla sweet cream. I order through the app always and pick it up through the drive-through. Today, they handed me my coffee and I drove off and then didn't realize until I was away from the location that the coffee wasn't tasting right. I decided to go back and ask if they can remake it to tell them the issue that I had with it and the lady behind the counter said "sure no problem." They made it for me right away and the second time around it was perfection. It's exactly what I wanted. They are super nice here and provide good customer service just like any Starbucks does with a smile on their face which brightens up my day always. Ambience in this location is very nice and welcoming and today was actually the first time that I've stepped foot in the store because I normally go through the drive-through. They had a lot of chairs and tables for people to sit at relax to drink their coffee or tea and talk or do some work on the go. They have some tables and chairs outside with umbrellas for people who wanted to sit outside as well. The only problem with this location is the small parking lot, but besides that everything else is amazing. I definitely recommend this Starbucks location for the ease of where it's located on 2 major streets, which is Victory Blvd and Reseda. I will be returning again as this is my local Starbucks...

I’ve given this location many chances before I decided to write a review and call corporate. 1. They can’t cook burritos properly (always cold inside). They get an attitude if you tell them to heat them a bit longer and are spiteful and burn the burrito instead. Which my daughter burned herself. The last 10 times I’ve been here I’ve asked for light ice in my drink, yet they fill my drink up with ice and the iced matcha is made horrible as all foam on top of a bunch of ice. 3. For pick up orders, I come at the the time the app tells me to, yet I get attitude and told “come later next time”. The times that I do come later, my food is cold and drinks are melted..so no I will come at the time the app says. And how horrible is that to reprimand a customer instead of adjusting the app. And shouldn’t be a difference looking at a pick up order receipt to make an order as opposed to someone saying the order at the speaker. 4. The girl that works mornings is the worst and gets an attitude when you ask for straws, napkins etc. (never had issues with the guys or night shift people). I’ve given up on this location and won’t be back. I spend a lot and don’t deserve rudeness or people sabotaging my order, especially when I’ve remained kind despite all my ruined...

I just wanted a good coffee to help me through today's errands. Getting a treat should be fun today's afternoon the girls working were so stressful. I paid for my coffee had to get a refund and left. They wanted me to sit through a speel and get educated on starbucks policies I do not care I have my own job they sure as heck couldn't do lol. They made my coffee Nasty and wanted me to pay $1 to just add coffee to a drink they made pure milk. After wasting my valuable time I went to Laidrey had a pleasant experience and one of the most delicious coffees I've ever had for the same price and and left the employee a nice tip. I was so grateful after starbucks experience. I called and told starbucks I didn't even want anything when I made the complaint just to stop workers from being annoying. It's more important to not have to deal with vibe killers or people that just cause stress for no reason.
