Blonde Roast - Sunsera
Notes of bright citrus and toasted almond. Starbucks® Sunsera Blend™ is crafted for lovers of balanced, smooth, flavorful, easy-drinking coffee-hot or iced, black or with creamer. Just as the name greets the sun, the coffee itself, a blend of semi-washed and sun-dried Brazilian and washed Colombian beans, is shaped by it.
Medium Roast - Pike Place® Roast
From our first store in Seattle's Pike Place Market to our coffeehouses around the world, customers requested a freshly brewed coffee they could enjoy throughout the day. In 2008 our master blenders and roasters created this for you-a smooth, well-rounded blend of Latin American coffees with subtly rich notes of cocoa and praline. It's served fresh every day at a Starbucks store near you.
Dark Roast - Starbucks® Thanksgiving Blend
Starbucks® Thanksgiving Blend is our expression of gratitude to the world's most distinctive coffee regions. Beans from Sumatra in Indonesia, Sidama in Ethiopia, and the Antigua region of Guatemala are expertly blended and richly roasted to create a cup that's delicately sweet-and worthy of the finest feast. Elegantly flavorful and aromatic with notes of candied pecan, sage and dried fig, it celebrates the true spirit of the season. Bright Meyer Lemon & Cocoa Nibs
Dark Roast - Caffè Verona®
Well-balanced and rich with notes of dark cocoa and caramelized sugar. Try it with a piece of dark chocolate to bring out even more sweetness and depth.
Decaf Roast - Pike Place® Roast
From our first store in Seattle's Pike Place Market to our coffeehouses around the world, customers requested a freshly brewed coffee they could enjoy throughout the day. In 2008 our master blenders and roasters created this for you-a smooth, well-rounded blend of Latin American coffees with subtly rich notes of cocoa and praline. It's served fresh every day at a Starbucks store near you. (Decaf, just the way you like it.)

Let me start off with saying the design of this drive thru is horrible. I don’t know who approved this but they did a terrible job! You can literally get blocked in with the drive thru line in all directions. Including exiting the drive thru line. This should be a hazard!!!! The entry to this small location is also a faulty design. There can only be one car entering or exiting the “ramp” due to the size. Every time you exit this ramp your bumper will pay for it. The angle of the exit ramp is terribly designed that you scrape your car every time. Not to mention when you enter through the ramp the design is so bad this also causes havoc on traffic due to the fact that you will have to enter a specific way to not ruin your car or cause an accident due to design. Like I mentioned you have to wait to enter through ramp until there are no cars otherwise you wont fit. I’ve seen multiple customers abruptly halt traffic and cause chaos due to this. Now on another note, you are a business get some change!!!!! Not every customer solely uses Apple Pay. Cash is still worth money. It’s not the first time this has happened but the fact that you are usually under staffed, under pay employees and highly pressure your employees, they’re not always in the best mood. Now that I actually sit here and think about this, I sit and wait in these ridiculously long lines to wait for my over priced mid coffee while waisting gas and time. Only to get told they have no change once again and having to leave after lost time and gas to watch them just throw away my order. The amount of waste this establishment does is insane. I’m not expecting free drinks or food but I also wasn’t expecting for a business to never even have pocket change. Will now stick to making my coffee at home. Another customer lost. Soon to...

I order drive-through at this location on Sepulveda and Western frequently about three times a week. I have noticed a blonde light skinned employee by the name of Rachel or Ashley at the drive thru window and she has given me my iced caramel macchiato order twice. Both times were not done upside-down as customized. As I questioned why this is the second time I’ve received my order without it being upside down, she said “You know your drink is only stirred up when it’s upside down. It’s not a big difference”. ——And then she proceeds to hand me a stick. ——I just feel like this is terrible customer service. I just think someone needs to educate her and teach her that if a customer is coming in buying a drink close to eight dollars and instead the drink is not prepared the way it’s ordered and a stick and attitude is given that she needs more training. An upside-down Starbucks drink, most commonly an iced caramel mac-chiato, is prepared with the espresso shots poured before the milk, which is the opposite of the standard layering. The regular preparation of an iced caramel macchiato places vanilla syrup at the bottom, followed by milk, then espresso, and finally, caramel drizzle on top. Getting a drink "upside down" means the shots are poured at the bottom, allowing them to blend with the milk and syrup more evenly. I think that the thousands of dollars I have poured into Starbucks should at least be worth every penny. Rachel / Ashley- you’re too young to be bothered by what people in a drive thru order. Just...

Honestly my experience was weirdly bad. I ordered on app and was also helping pick up my friends drink. When I went in no one greeted to help me except one asian employee the rest ignored me.

The drinks also took a long time one was suppose to be done by 4 : 18 and by 4: 25 I got niether. I watched as three other people went in and got there drinks even though i was there first and ordered on app. What even surprised me more is when I got my drink I asked for my friends too and one of the employees seemed to misunderstand and grab my drink as I was reaching it and took it away. I would have understood if she at least clarified or apologize but she just looked at me weird.

Also my friends drink is dirty it has matcha drippings on it when she didn't get a matcha drink.

Overall the atmosphere inside is good and the drink is decent but I would wish they were a...

A new store located on Sepulveda east off of western ave. It is really designed as a drive thru store. I felt that the seatings were more optional feature of this store. I love the high ceiling and everything looks new and clean obviously. Staff is nice and welcoming. The store is not cold if you care about it. If you are planing to do some study or work here. There are only few tables and they are relatively small. I barely found 2 outlets. There is a cool long bar seating but table is very narrow, you can hardly put any computer or text books. It works for just drinking coffee and talk. At the moment you cannot get of western. So the only direction you can legally go is east bound on Sepulveda Blvd.
