The majority of the usual staff are EXTREMELY rude and inconsiderate. My drinks are usually messed up in one way or another and if you have questions you are greeted with major attitude. Most recently, I had two baristas mock my beverage saying "who even gets frapps? UGH *EYE ROLL* Why are they even popular?! I don't get it! SO annoying!" I was also mocked for asking for a drink that was apparently a summer beverage. Despite having gotten the exact beverage this past Friday. The barista very sarcastically said" that's a SUMMER DRINK. This isn't summer. I guess no one told you, SUMMER IS OVER NOW. " It is Oct 15th. One, summer only ended on Sept 22nd. Two, this beverage was never marketed as a summer drink. Three, this was all said with the most disrespect, condescension and sarcasm possible. The barista also made fun of a college aged man who asked if the electrical outlets were free to use to charge his phone or if he needed to make a purchase. He was spoken to like a child and told "hmm well yeah, they're probably over there... Where the outlets ALWAYS ARE." There are a couple friendly baristas here, but the majority (who seem to be the ones always working) are major JERKS. Their location to my apt is so convenient I haven't blacklisted them long ago as I should've. But with the horrific attitudes and inability to consistently make proper beverages or remember all of your order, it is not worth it!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! Just go down to Venice Blvd and head west, the Starbucks right there (by sprouts and CVS, across from In N Out) is significantly better with MUCH nicer baristas and actual customer service. AVOID THIS STARBUCKS AT ALL COSTS! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING! I am including pictures of the two baristas who were so rude today. The one at the register with the beard and the tall guy with the hat making the drinks. All unprofessional behavior from today cited above was carried out by these two. AVOID!

Let's start with the guy that rang me up was great. I went into this location today around 7:28pm to get a Venti ICED Sugar Cookie Almond Milk Latte. When my drink was ready, I noticed that it was a cold drink and hot drink at the bar. I asked which one was mine and the guy with the platinum blond hair or maybe it just blond said "the hot one". Confused, I asked "I thought my drink was a cold drink." He goes on to say that I have to ask for my drink to be iced. I walked away, but I went back to read the sign, and I saw that "Iced" is in the name of the drink, AND it also reads ice on the label as well of my drink. Even the cashier confirmed that it should have been Iced, then he goes on to say that he DID NOT READ THE LABEL that clearly stated it was ICED. Yes, he mentioned that he would make it over, but I felt like he was too concerned with me stating that if I wanted it Iced, then I should have ordered it that way beforehand. He failed to do his part to read the label. Lol! Again, it's in the name of the drink, which made it extra annoying 🤦🏾‍♀️ Today was not a good customer service day at this location.

I give this a 5 star…earlier today I had coffee bean and it was bad the cake pop wasn’t good or the croissant, so I went to Starbucks and boy when I tell you it made my day! The croissant was nice and warm, grilled cheese was delicious and toasty, and the cake pop was very good. For the drink I got the lavender matcha and i definitely recommend it, it was amazing and the lavender was very nice and relaxing to drink after a long day. If you want somewhere to have a nice lunch I recommend Starbucks! (Also the customer service was spectacular.)

This morning I ordered as usual, but when I went to pay, the person on the register was awful. I have a small pocket sewn into my bra where I keep cash when I am running around like this morning so I do not have to carry a wallet. When I pulled a $20 out, the man on the register acted like I had pulled it out of my panties. He demanded “Where did that come from????” in a loud, disgusted tone. He then said nastily “You Do Not Mind If I Put Gloves On” all the while putting on said gloves with a deliberate slow motion display. I showered this morning as I always do before I left my home, and the money was in side my little pocket, so did not touch any skin other than my fingers, but even it it had, the skin in side my bra would be cleaner than most as it was fully covered throughout the hour and a half since my daily shower. This whole display was in front of other customers in line and had its intended humiliating impact. It seems to me this man is female-phobic if the thought of money touching a woman’s breast skin is so repulsive to him. Then, to cement the awful experience, on my way out the door he said in a supercilious tone “Have a nice day!” This whole thing was really appalling and far below the usually customer service standards...
