I came to subway because I wanted something FRESH. First thing I walk inside and the guy who is mopping the floors ignores me he only ask me if I was picking up. I say no that I wanted to order I waited until he was finished mopping. I proceed to ordering in a rude way another female employee comes and ask me if I wanted cheese I say yes when it was time to pick my veggies I notice that the tomato, the lettuce the spinach and the cucumber where frozen and dark color all the veggies where dehydrated. I ask them nicely if they had more veggies that were actually fresh that I had a surgery from my intestines and I couldn’t eat them like that. Very rude they said no that’s all we have. I told them to give me the ones on the bottom they look a little better. I told them the veggies like that could get someone really sick with food poisoning and they just laughed. I ask to speak to the manager and they said come tomorrow the manager is already gone. My brother paid my order since he order his first when I told them I didn’t want the sandwich they said well too bad we already charge him I got really mad since they were been rude I snap and got my Karen out. Read moreThis was a very disappointing experience. I ordered a veggie delight. The vegetables offered were disgusting. The spinach was slimy and looked like it had e-coli. The tomatoes were old and soft and wet, sweating on each other. When she got to the onions, they started placing the onions in a very discretional manner, providing the bare minimum, if that. I asked for more, which is never a problem, especially when I don't get the required amount. They said this is how much we are told to put on. I reminded them, it's a VEGGIE DELIGHT. If I wanted a few minor vegetables with my turkey, or bmt or any other meat, this would still not be enough vegetables I was provided. I walked out. I am so disappointed, and was not going to put my health on the line, for shoddy work perfomance and/or training, and obvious poor franchise management. Just check the google reviews: 2 stars. Read moreOrdered online for pick up and received a notice to show the person at the register when picking up. No problem. I arrive five minutes early and show them. Neither have any idea, but as I’m early I say I’ll wait outside. About five minutes go by and they waive me in. (Store has no customers besides me). They tell me they do not have any orders. I showed on the screen and confirm my order and it was paid. Even showed them my bank account it came out of. They put their hands in the air and say “If it’s not in the system we can’t make it and I have to call someone.” The number listed to call for my order? Their store number. They refused to give me any number to call someone. Filled out the lovely customer care form and waiting for someone to call. It’s been over an hour since the entire ordeal.
They took my money. I never received the food I paid for. Employees offered no resolution or help.
