Subway — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I stopped by this Subway today in the morning to get my mobile order. I got the oven roasted turkey breast footlong sandwich and used their footlong code for today. This Subway location is near me and I was already in the plaza getting food for my wife. I found parking easily but the plaza does get busy in the afternoon. When I walked inside, there was only one customer eating inside. I came early so I didn't see my order on the online pickup rack so I checked in with the worker. So on Sunday October 14 around 5pm I walked into this subway I get greeted since I have lost my voice I show the lady my phone to read my order she then proceeds to snatch my phone away from my hand and placed it Where they prepare the sandwiches as she was reading my order from my phone I felt hopeless as I couldn’t talk and tell her how unsanitary & disgusting it was that she placed my phone and literally slide it as she was making my sandwich I just made a sign for her to give my phone back to me she handed me my phone I walked out of there never to return what she did was ...

Me & my husband went to subway on 03/05 Friday , located on woodman & Nordhoff in arleta calif. The Indian lady was so rude. Ordered 2 sandwiches & gave her the coupons, she said they had already been used & took them away from us. Made me very upset. We left & left the sandwiches as well. I will never go back to that subway. We went to the subway on Roscoe & van nuys Blvd. Excellent service.
