Subway — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Poor Service!! I don’t usually write reviews but today was ridiculous. When did being ungrateful for your patrons become acceptable? A woman with no name tag completely ignoring me and as you can see in the photo no one else was in the store. She finished a customers order before me and then Instead of greeting me and taking my order she started a whole new order. I thought maybe the customer before wasn’t done and walked outside to their car. Turns out, she was doing an online order. Seems out of order that you would take care of an online order BEFORE the 1 customer standing in front of you. Seems out of order to me that the associate wouldn’t even greet their customer, maybe communicate that she had an online order in front of me. Ridiculous! Then 2 associates walk in, Cilia and Hayden (I may be spelling their names wrong but kiddos for having your name tags on), and they were nice, engaging, greeted me with a friendly smile and immediately started my order. I don’t know who the first woman was without the name tag but she’s in this photo. Please coach your associates on proper customer service. 1- Got VERY SICK with DIARRHEA and horrible stomach cramps for hours!

2- Received the WRONG Sandwich after ordering it over the phone. It could Not have been more Different: My Order: Toasted Wheat bread melted Provolone cheese cold Roast Beef and veggies Ranch dressing. I Got : Untoasted WHITE bread gross melted ORANGE cheese Hot CHICKEN, and get this: CHIPOTLE sauce!!!

3- I called after 2 hours of Diarrhea. 4- Manager Didn’t say she was sorry for Either the Diarrhea or the Sandwich screw up. 5- Manager got not just defensive she was Verbally COMBATIVE with me. She said there was No way she mixed up 2 sandwiches because mine was the Only order! WTH? 6- I told her I will bring in the food wrapper for her to see. It’s very obviously Orange from the Chipotle sauce at the least. I’m glad I didn’t throw it away yet.

People. Wash your fruit & veggies even if you think it’s clean. I’m calling Her supervisor and the Health Inspector next. All I can say is O M...

I have been coming to this store and ordering 3 large catering sandwiches ($210.00) for several times and I never had problem ordering it. Vicky and Maria always helped me at that time. Vicky and Maria know customer services with very positive attitudes. They were very nice. Today I came to order 3 large catering sandwiches again. I don't see Vicky and Maria working. Employee named Mannuel was taking my order. I don't know what the problem is with this guy. He definitely has an terrible attitude with no customer services in his mind. He didn't even try to listen and understand what customer needs. Outrageous and terrible customer service experience! He also told me I can leave if I don't like what he is doing. So I left without hesitation. You lost your good and steady customer because of this bad employee. I am not coming back this store any more. No more catering sandwiches order ($210.00) here! No more business...
