I stopped by this Subway location today to get the chicken noodle soup and Footlong sandwich. I found parking easily in the plaza this store is in. I got two orders of the chicken noodle soup and a Footlong Oven Roasted Turkey sandwich. I also ordered the Doritos Nachos footlong as well. My wife enjoyed her soup and sandwich. The nachos Footlong was delicious but I wish the portion would've been more. The customer service was terrific when I came and the staff were really friendly

The ladies today were not happy I made 2 separate orders with a total of 6 sandwiches. Customer service was very poor along with patience. Like its my fault it was understaffed, they would ask me something and walk away, the other would come back and ask me the same thing, elongating the order time. My sandwiches were so flat, very poorly wrapped, etc everything. I'm going to end it here, too much to write here.

Horrible service. The two ladies that were working there around 4:00pm on Wednesday, May 16, kept rushing my family and I. They didn't even ask what we wanted on our subs, they just made it the way they wanted and were incredibly rude to us the whole time. They kept telling us that "this is the way the sandwich is" and we could tell that they were insulting us under their breath. They would whisper to each other every few minutes and gave us attitude. NEVER going back to this...

What happened to Subway make it your way! I don't buy subway often and I'm not sure if all subways have the metal cover you can't see the meats anymore. The worker was nice but he said no substitutions. They also ran out of Juice boxes and had no mayonnaise packets to go. There is more I could say about not being happy with changes I saw. The BMT says 2x provolone and then he asked me what cheese I wanted! Wait I thought no...
