I visited because they had good Google reviews. My experience was less than par. The old man who served me could probably be better off at home being served. The shrimp fried rice was pre loaded with half the bottle of soy sauce. Where do they do this at?! It's no wonder they don't have it on the table. He took it back and brought rice without soy sauce, saying next time you have to say no soy sauce. Sir, this is my 1st time here. The description doesn't even mention soy sauce. I had to ask for chopsticks, and I was still picking the splinter out of my finger late at night. I inquired if they served tea, "You have to order it!" Okay, so no tea... He never came to see if I needed anything, and I needed water badly to get the dry, tasteless fried wontons down. I asked for more water please, he responded with a nod. Then this old couple came in that he was glad to see, and he took them hot tea napkins and cups before bringing me water. I sat almost 15 minutes after eating to ask someone else for a takeout container. I made a decision not to tip him for poor service, and of course, he was expecting one. We really have to stop rewarding bad behavior. I will not be returning.

I was a bit skeptical at thinking it is another restaurant serving s*ty soy sauce drenched noodles, but it was such a pleasant revelation how good the dishes were. The Super Wok Special Beef is the one to order! It is incredibly tender, slight sweetness to it and buttery. It it served on top of a bed of sliced oranges. It is guaranteed to make you keep coming back for more. The dish is $19+ and serving is generous. I went back another day to try out the lunch special. This time it was the crispy salt pepper shrimp selected. For $13.75, it came with a soup of the day, rice and the entree. Serving was very generous, maybe even 2 people can share one. It was excellent! I regret ordering the prawn crispy noodles. Tasted terrible and too salty. Kind of like an overdone soy sauce noodles.

My rating is 3.5 starts but I will round up. The food comes out quickly which is a plus in my book because I was starving! We order the Chicken Lo Mein and the Kung Pao Chicken. We came at dinner time but they have a good lunch special as well. I feel they are a tad bit overpriced for the quality of food, but it will still delicious the portions are large enough to share so I definitely have leftovers. Our wait staff was nice and attentive, but they charged our card incorrectly stating that they were in a rush. They had put my card with another bill that was almost three times as much as ours. It was an easy fix, but something they can pay more attention to in the future.

I just wanted to start off by saying this is my favorite childhood restaurant. I used to love coming here as a kid with my family because of the wonderful memories we would have here. Today, me and my man had came to dine in and it was the worst experience imaginable. We had came in we were browsing the menu at first and then decided to dine in. When we informed the front desk they let us know we could sit anywhere so we sat at a booth, by the time we sat down we had already made up our minds on what we had wanted. While we sat and waited it took 20 minutes for us to be helped. If it wasn’t for my man getting a waiters attention we would’ve never been helped. Anyways, we ordered an appetizer (barbecue spareribs) Combination chow fun Orange chicken Hot and sour soup Every food item was delicious. The wait time was ridiculous it took an additional 33 minutes for our food to get here. On top of that the waiter failed to stay on top of our drinks to a point where my man had to ask for a refill. The part that I found really upsetting was that the waiter had served the tables around us water before us when initially we were the ones that asked for the water. After finishing our meals we waited for the waiter to bring the check but we got tired of waiting so I went up and asked for the check, front desk informs me I have to go ask the waiter so I tell him I wanted to pay.. we walk over and he shows me the total and he hands me a tray with the receipt and 2 fortune cookies and he grabs to terminal to charge me so I pay and I hand him back the tray and he says tip and I told him “I’m sorry but no tip, you gave really bad service, we asked for water first and you gave water to a table that didn’t ask for it before us”. He took back the fortune cookies and rolled his eyes so I walked away and proceeded to the front desk and he comes chasing after me saying “what do you need?” with an attitude. I just asked for 2 to go boxes and thanked him and walked away. Never have I ever had such a bad experience at a...

I have eaten in this restaurant at least a dozen times. Delicious food, fast and very courteous Servers. Two weeks ago I ordered food to go, gave my name and phone number but told them my daughter would be picking up. NO problem. Food was ready to pick up, she paid, brought it to me, I ate it - delicious as usual. Yesterday May 26, I called to order two meals to pick up. The FIRST person I spoke two was polite but complained over and over again he could not hear me. “So busy here, sorry...phone number? “ told him 3 times he said he could NOT hear ( and by this time I was yelling) He finally said sorry one more time and then hung up on me. I called back and got a woman who also seemed to have a problem hearing, couldn’t find my phone number and then she too hung up on me. I suppose others might give up but oh boy I wanted that Lemon Chicken! Called back again, told another woman I was hung up on twice in we high she said “what’s your phone number?” Told her the same number. Gave her my name and she said “we don’t have your name or phone number !” ( and not in a nice way) I told her I’ve called three times, been hung up on twice and yes, I HAVE called and yes, I’ve given the same name and she says Jennifer? I said “sure” knowing my daughter probably gave her- her name when she picked up the order of two weeks ago. At this point I was getting tired of yelling my name, number and the food I wanted and NEVER an apology from the person. In fact she was sarcastic as she said “Well WHAT DO YOU WANT?” I told her two Lemon Chicken but I don’t want the white rice, I want the other one you offer but I can’t remember the name of it. Saying that caused another nasty argument telling me she needs a NAME and I said what are the choices, she said she doesn’t know I said “well, YOU work there you SHOULD know! She said nothing for several seconds, then said “Fried Rice”. YES yes I said “thank you”. She replied “pick up in 15 minutes” and hung up on me. I’ll admit it,...

I love eating here. Honestly, after a hard day of work, it feels great to come here and eat a really good portion of food. I cook at home most of the time because I can't afford to eat out, but eating here is always so great. I'm feeling sad and embarrassed at how one the servers treated me today. I ordered my usual chicken fried rice because it's the most affordable option to eat. It's also really delicious. The bill came out to $13.63 and I usually round it up to $14 or $15. I did the same today. And the waiter made me feel bad about it by saying why are you tipping anything, it's barely anything, might as well don't tip at all. Then he walked away to his colleague while saying it out loud for all the people to hear. I felt really embarrassed and I took all the cash I had in my pocket and left it there($20). I really like the food here. Maybe this is how people are supposed to be treated if they don't tip well? I'm not sure because I'm not from America. I'll still get food from here in the future, but I won't be dining in ever again. Maybe it's a good thing. By losing a bad customer like me, they will have room for better paying customers who can tip well. I wish my circumstances were better :-D

Edit- I feel slightly better now so I had a chance to reflect on how I conducted myself and I tried to empathize with the waiter. I don't know what circumstances the waiter is going through. He is on his feet all day working his shifts. I think that his work requires a lot of effort and patience and I think it was wrong of me to not appreciate that. I was also wrong in tipping a low amount as it is considered rude and culturally inappropriate in America. Going forward I will make sure I tip 15% of the amount I'm billed. ...
