Honestly, I never thought a simple visit to a familiar place could leave such a bad impression. I’ve been a loyal customer of this chain for years and always believed they respected their guests — but today proved me wrong. I wasn’t feeling well and just wanted to use the restroom quickly before ordering food. Instead of understanding, the staff member said: “Buy a drink, use the restroom, then come back and pay again for your food.” In that moment, I realized — there’s no respect for customers here. It wasn’t just rude, it was humiliating. It’s a shame that one employee’s behavior can damage the reputation of the entire brand. I truly hope management pays attention and replaces her
I’ve read many reviews, and it’s clear that the main problem with this place is the rude and disrespectful staff. They don’t value their customers at all and act in a way that drives people away instead of welcoming them. This is unacceptable! Where is the manager who should be responsible for service quality? If this continues, no one will want to come here anymore. The employees at this location behave arrogantly and without any respect or basic decency. Unfortunately, we were greeted with bad attitudes and rude staff, the skinny feminine co-worker that served our plates tried to give me two small pieces of chicken on the hot honey chicken plate that I always get, I told him they always put more than two small pieces of chicken, he got upset and walked away rudely to get his manager Jackie. Jackie came in hot, she explained to me that the portion size is the two small pieces of chicken. Clearly that’s a lie and she only cared to defend her employee even though she knew she was wrong with the portion sizing. She continued to double down and repeat herself multiple times like some robot who doesn’t listen to anything. Read moreI can see why this place has such low reviews. I asked for two scoops on my food and they barely put one scoop when I called him out on it he denied it. We argued for a little bit and he still didn’t admit he didn’t give me enough. I didn’t have time to order from another place so I still bought it but I wanted to warn the next patron. Workers were rude and mean will absolutely not come back!
