Taco Bell — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Visited take out. Placed order which was correct on the screen, however incorrect when I went to take out one item I found it was not there. I also had ordered a family pack. Half of the order was missing. Went back inside to get it corrected. By now the frozen drinks had melted. I had to wait inside and told the counter person. He reviewed the order apologized and asked someone to make them. I asked for the manager. I told her I got all the way home. She cut me off and said they were making the Tacos. She then turned and went back to what she was doing. Never had a chance to tell her about the drinks. I thought I could get compensatory drinks. I spent over forty dollars. Think I'll be driving to Carson Taco Bell. Recently visited 08/2021. Placed order, paid and the window employee told me to back up. I was confused, now just waiting on my order. Backed up a bit however could not see what was coming around the corner behind. She kept waiving her arm for me to back up. I finally asked are you on a timer for serving? She said yes. I go today for lunch our whole order $60 bucks had some combos and a few individual items. Out of the whole order I was missing mexican pizza , I walk inside and there was a skinny lady with black nose ring some tattoos if i wasnt mistaken. And she was making the food after double checking with me 2 times asking if it was regular pizza or special i answered regular. When I got home and opened it says special I take a bite and the left side of my tongue goes completely numb. Given the fact that these fast food places people want more money but yet get upset at things as little as 1 item missing now tongue numb. Like I understand peope tend to lie about orders I didnt lie. We went thru drive thru and i had to go back inside and I get attitude like this seriously. Is it really that hard keep things in order girl at window gives bag to us all fast and for the most part we double check before leaving but she kept saying ITS ALL THERE ITS ALL THERE. And to boot they tossed my receipt i was like i wanted that she is like its in trash...

It's was 12:15 midnight Friday going into Saturday, waited 3-5 minutes till they answered through the speaker but I knew they were still open (their cars in the parking lot) my husband said hello multiple times no answer. I love how they love to pretend they're closed and hope you drive away because God forbid they have to work a little bit. Right as we're about to drive off they finally answer and we literally have to reverse a little cuz he drove off slightly and we order , ask for a craving box, they say nope we don't have that and we just say nevermind thank you. So we try the one in Torrance on Sepúlveda . They sure as hell didn't mind taking our order promptly , answered right away . Pulled up to pay were very polite and gave us our food quickly. That one 5 stars! They can take my money(total for our food$43.44) any time! And fast food workers gonna get paid $ 20 an hour really, give it to the ones...
