I would also rate a 0 if possible. I went thru the drive thru. Ordered 4 $1 chicken mini shredded quesadillas, 1 $1 beefy quesadilla, 1 shredded chicken burrito 1 order of the loaded $1 nachos and the Baja blast freeze right... Well the cashier comes to the window (had an attitude since we got to the window)to she gives my mother our food. She lets us know that the (beefy quesadilla is in a separate bag to be separated )... in my mind I’m thinking great ! How convenient! How to change the mood. However!!! I always check my order( As everyone should ) to make sure everything was there.. I saw the small bag with the “beefy quesadilla “ and 4 other foil wrapped quesadillas. ... NO CHICKEN BURRITO AND NO MINI NACHOS. so I told my mom to go straight from the drive thru to the ordering intercom, to let them know that my burrito and nachos were missing ( please do keep in mind my chicken burrito is $2 and some change & the nachos are $1.00! We then proceeded to go to the window and let her know that we were missing our 2 items. The “ MANAGER OR SHIFT LEAD COMES TO THE WINDOW “ and starts to question my mom. Stating “ Oh no, there is no way that your missing your items I am the one that bagged them... implying that we were lying.” I then at this point am baffled. I placed the receipt on top of the bag. And passed it to my mom so she could give it to her. So she could see my receipt. “ she wasn’t going to make my burrito & the nachos that I paid for and didn’t receive. I then proceed to ask her “ I am a little confused as to why you are questioning us, as if we are lying and are stealing food, we didn’t even leave the drive way before we noticed they weren’t there. What would I need to steal $3 worth of food for. Today I ordered 2 bean burritos with extra cheese. The burritos had barely any cheese, yet I was charged an additional $1.20 for the extra cheese. I also ordered 2 taco supremes and 2 crunchy beef tacos. When the order was read back to me the order included the 2 taco supremes. When I got to the window I asked to add cheesy potatoes, the person taking my order didn't know how to add additioanl items to the order, but somehow they removed my 2 taco supremes. I was on lunch break and bringing food to my co-workers so time was of the essence. I couldn't go back because by the time I got back to work and realized the errors, my lunch break was over. Placed an order through the drive through and just after we pulled away from the window but before we left the property we realized there were two items missing from our order. We drove around through the drive through again because it was raining pretty hard. I told the girl that took our order that we did not receive two of our items. She left the window and got another woman who claimed she packed the order herself and that she had counted the items and they were all there. I asked her if we were charged for them she said yes, and I said we did not receive them. She implied that I was lying because she wanted to argue with me. I have never nor would I ever lie to steal food. I have never had this happen before so I was stunned.
