Stay away from this place. The birria is horrible; they water it down; the amount they give for the price they charged was too much. They charged me 25 dollars for a small watered-down bowl of birria, and you could tell that they had little left and added water. By doing this, the birria became flavorless. Even after adding salt to it, it still did not taste right. The tortillas are supposed to be made by hand, and they gave me tortillas straight out of the fridge that they had made days ago and did not even warm them up well. They were semi-warm and breaking apart. I was so hungry and angry that I only ate some of the meat because the rest was just pieces of fat with bits of meat hanging from it. The food is horrible the price is even worst for the amount of food they give. I don't know how this place is still in business, I think this business is just a front, and they are making their money from somewhere else to keep it open—horrible food and service. I left the watered-down broth; I could not swallow it. Stay away I don't recommend this place, sorry guys, but this shows that the people who run this place don't care, and the owners probably don't know their business is being run to the ground, or they don't...
Read moreSaw this Mexican restaurant and wanted to try it out during lunch. Not crowded inside, plenty of space to sit. Wednesday afternoon Dodger game was on TV and I was able to enjoy my food while watching the game. Drink fridge is fully stocked with different choices of beer and soft drinks. I order the 3 taco combo, two asada and one pastor tacos served with beans and rice. Taco meat was tender and not chewy, delicious corn tortillas. Tortillas not homemade but warmed up well and tasty. Salsa bar had a great selection. I asked for their spiciest salsa and was directed towards a tangy avocado salsa. I feel my palate can tolerate heat and the spiciest salsa here registers as “medium” for me. Would come back to try their large menu. Menudo seems available all the time. Parking lot is small but nothing out of the ordinary for this part of the Valley....
Read moreWent to eat here really quick off the highway when we were heading home. Dinner for two with two plates and two drinks came out to $102 dollars. On the menu the prices were a lot lower than the actual receipt & when I added it all up (because we were shocked at the amount of food we had compared to the price) & it added up that they had actually charged us 35$ over than our original order. Probably to tip themselves (the waitress) but either way that’s wrong on so many levels. We didn’t go back because it wasn’t worth the time to argue the charges but please stay away if you would like to avoid the hassle & waste of money. I could’ve fed a family of twenty for the amount they made us pay for some tacos and carne asada. Overpriced &...
