Man oh man I have a lot to say about this, their tacos dorados, straight fire, I remember all the times I used to go here, order my tacos, go to a little store and buy sodas and avocados, then I go back, pick up my food, then there used to be a big tree that was taken down, and sat under the nice shade, every single bite with lemon, cilantro, and salsa, pure fire. Muy mala atención, aunque la comida sea buena

He sido clienta de Tacos El Compa Inc. por casi 20 años. La comida siempre ha sido buena, pero la atención al cliente es pésima y hoy (3 de julio, a las 10:00 a.m.) vivimos una experiencia muy desagradable.

Hicimos una orden de tacos sin cebolla y con la salsa aparte, como lo pedimos siempre. El muchacho que tomó la orden no escuchó o no lo anotó correctamente. Cuando mi esposo regresó a pedir por favor si se lo podían corregir, su actitud fue agresiva. Le dijo: “Tú ordenaste eso y eso te vas a llevar”. Eso repitió varias veces y mi esposo en el momento se los pensaba llevar y hacer otra orden pero al ver la actitud del muchacho tiró los tacos a la basura.

Yo los recogí del bote, molesta, y los lancé hacia los escalones de la lonchera. Él, muchacho en lugar de calmar la situación, intentó lanzarme la comida de regreso. Ahí fue cuando le dije que ni se atreviera. Nos pidió retirarnos y no regresar al lugar. Obvio no regresaremos. Alcancé a grabar una parte de lo que ocurrió, y la incluyo en esta reseña como prueba.

Es muy triste que un lugar con tan buena comida tenga empleados que no saben cómo tratar a los clientes, especialmente a los que hemos sido fieles por tantos años. Después de esto, no volveremos.

Tacos dorados are goood. I definitely recommend Tacos Revolcados. The issue now is that they got really stingy with their salsa just like they are in King Taco. Not sure why because they used to have it available for you to take whatever you want and now it's not an option. If you want more salsa they charge per cup. Sometimes they have an attitude.
