The Best Burger — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Many places can be hit or miss. I probably haven't been here in a year and since my burger spot was closed, I decided to come here and try it again. I ordered a king burger combo. The fries need a miracle. They were they worse fries. It was like the dropped them in the oil 2 hours ago and let them sit under the light. Now usually you can cover up bad fries with ketchup but they have that cheap ketchup which doesnt help. The fries were luke warm, no seasoning and oily. Now of course you would expect French fries to be greasy because of the way it's cooked but these were like they put them in the oil while the oil was still cold which means the food is just extremely immersed in the oil. The burger, nice king size burger, but heavy on the salt but the meat was dry. Its like they put the burger on the griddle put a half a pound of salt and then pressed it on the griddle to cook fast which just dries out the meat. Service, ugh! That Hispanic lady with an attitude does not need to work in any type of employment dealing with customer service because she has no skills. There was no "May I help you" "Next customer in line" she just stood there looking thru that small ass window waiting for people to walk up and shout out stuff. Well I have manners and I wait to be called so I can have someone's undivided attention when it comes to my food. Not only that I don't like to come off as rude or pushy because who knows what people will try to do to your food. When she call my number, there was no "thank you" or "Have a good day" I was truly just a number. The best part about my meal was my strawberry soda. The best part about Best Burger is that they serve all types of food which mean too much on the menu can diminish the quality but thats just my opinion. I'm cool on this place, I will just go to my normal spot A1 burger or Fresh and Meaty. Oh where are these other reviews getting these lamb burgers and gourmet burger pictures for Best Burger...

I asked if we could stop at Jack in the Crack, not because I neccesarily like their food, but I was really hungry and I figured I could use my EBT card there. Thank God for my super cool roommate who suggested we go someplace different where she said the burgers are fast-food but they're REAL. I love eating things that I'm told are good for my body but there are some things that I only like in it's junky form, like chocolate bars, I don't want fruit and nuts in my candy! Let candy be the junk it's meant to be! I'm also not a fan of homemade burgers. I like burgers off the charcoal grill but not from the oven. I fry up a mean burger in a skillet but I love my own cooking. When I got to the front of the joint my eyes went crazy looking at the eclectic menu. I excitedly bought the classic BEST BURGER and the Pastrami Chilli Cheese Fries (don't judge me). All of my ideas of fast-food went out the window. The burger was so heavy and thick, full of flavor, moist, and perfectly distributed. I was so full and paid almost half of what I would've at Jack's. Plus I got to use my "Foody" card! The Pastrami fries were to die for! This is most definitely a Los Angeles treasure that deserves every penny and I hope it sticks around through gentrification for those who...

The food was terrible and I’m speaking on the Red snapper meal… The red snapper didn’t look like the real red snapper and it was full of grease.. (disgusting) I asked for fries and they put onion rings with my fries and not only that the placement of my bun and fish was laying right on my salad dressing which destroyed my bun and I had to remove the grease and salad dressing fish skin that I didn’t ask for… Future reference if you going to serve fish and bun with a salad make sure the salad dressing is not touching the bun or fish it makes it soggy and no one wants to eat a soggy bun or wet fish. Besides that the fish was not edible not because of just the dressing on the fish but the fish had a lot of white slime coming from the fish. It didn’t look like real snapper. I will not buy anything else from here unless it’s a burger 🍔 in which they say the best burgers so I should of tried that instead smh but if I was to go back in that’s a slim chance I would only try what they say is the best and I guess it’s...
