Small parking in rear. Small tables inside. Space outside is nice and decent. The variety of food that is available is tremendous. The prices(majority) are below ten dollars. In this visit my wife suggested as a first visit the four tacos with a small drink. Drinks are literally small! Awesome if your trying to watch your soda intake!
I asked for two asada tacos and two Al pastor tacos joined with a coke. I uploaded some pictures of my tacos. I will admit I failed to upload close up pictures of the Al pastor tacos. Overall I enjoyed the food. The tortillas are doubled. The meat portion accommodates the size of the tortilla. Cilantro and onion are optional. As are lemons and hot sauce. The hot sauce reminds me of Kind taco red sauce. Not as spicy but delicious.
As you enter there is a bell that can be rung if the lady is not in the front. She comes promptly. Takes your order and surprisingly you pay when you are ready to leave! Wow! She is a humble lady.
Wife has had shrimp tacos, taquito combos, and a turkey sandwich. She says she has enjoyed each visit.
Recommended? Definitely. Will I go back? Yes. The variety and prices was what got...
Read moreI’m writing this review because it’s not the first time the lady messes up my order. When someone asks for a Carne Asada burrito you expect it to come with beans and rice, not just dried cold meat. You would think condiments like lemons, jalapeños, and carrots would come with it, but she never adds it unless you ask. Something is always missing in my order when this lady serves me. This might be the neighborhood burger stand that I grew up with, but slowly, and surely it’s deteriorating with their food quality, not happy at all! She could have at least compensated me with a drink since I had to walk back to get my order right, VERY DISAPPOINTED! I would not be buying food...
Read moreThe food and service was excellent very frejndly staff and the view is truly incredible. You can sit on their outdoor patio and you have a view of the LA buildings from the horizon. Sun is nice and warm from the seats and atmosphere is comfortable and embodies the soul of LA. Additionally the menus is large and full of options.
It’s very rustic and what you see is what you get so I understand the comments that are negative but they are seeing it from a different lens as it’s not a restaurant per say it’s a different experience and should be...
