I had the WORST service at this location (store#07) last night. I placed an order online for pick up and paid my total online. I get home to find missed calls from this location about 6x. I call back to see what the issue is and with ATTITUDE an employee tells me I need to return to the store because I owe $1.38, I asked why? if I paid my full total online. Her answer to me was "IDK! But you need to come back and pay!" If given a reason, I understand. But, who would return to the store to pay $1.38 with NO reason given....On top of her saying I owed $1.38 extra, I log onto my bank transactions to come to find out I was charged by this store $47.60 when my emailed receipt total was for $39 which I paid online. I told the girl that I had a transaction for $47.60 and she says "I can tell you right now you're lying!" and I said excuse me? she said "you're lying!" I told her I had proof and she said she didn't care. I asked the girl to speak to a manager to see if the manager can maybe give me an explanation since she doesn't know, she tells me there is no manager on site. So, I asked if I can please have a manager call me back when available and she says no! At this point this girl is being EXTREMELY rude, uncooperative, and immature! I asked for her name and she says "I don't have to give you my name!" I ask again, and once again a NO! At this point, I'm dealing with a child that should honestly have no job. I told her she was being very inappropriate, and unprofessional and hung up the call. She then calls me back and I honestly have no reason to answer so I ignored the call. She called me about 5 more times and at this point this is CRAZY! I finally picked up the 6th call to answer and to be told "F U!!!" and she hung up. WHAT PEOPLE DO YOU HAVE WORKING AT YOUR ESTABLISHMENTS!? NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE A RECIEVED SERVICE LIKE THIS. After her call, maybe 5 minutes after I continued to receive calls again from this location. I kept ignoring the calls and they wouldn't stop (I have proof on my phone of ALL THESE MULTIPLE calls I received from this location, I got called over 10x!) I finally pick up again to a girl ACTING like she was the manager. She also did not want to provide me with her name. When I asked she said it wasn't "necessary" to give me her name. I wasn't asking for an employee#, last name...JUST a name from SOMEONE. I order delivery for this location ALL the time! I LOVE your pizza and wouldn't want to stop ordering from you location because of 2 unprofessional girls that honestly shouldn't have a job there. Calling me back to tell me "F U!" and hang up was COMPETELY crossing the line. I PLEASE ask for someone at your corporate to please contact me. I would like to get my refund situated, AND have these girls handled for what they did. I spoke to a manger this morning there and she told me after 5 there was no manager on site. The pizza I picked up today was first of all the WRONG order, so they redo the cheese pizza, I wait and then I get this "cheese" pizza. The sprinkle of cheese on the pizza is all burnt. I have a picture that I can't seem to upload but if management is interested at all to address the situation I will gladly send the image.
I was also told that if you order AND pay online the price is 7.99 for a large cheese pizza BUT if you pick up AND pay at the store the price will be $8.99 because the special ends after 4pm. Okay well then fix that on the website, because it's misleading to the customer. The delivery man wasn't even carrying a cellphone, so then the (male) Manager there called me to my cellphone and started complaining to me, asking me why I didn't wait for the delivery man. Hello?
