Had an all-around great time here at The Crabby Crab! A friend and I had been threatening to come for years and thankfully we finally pulled the trigger. I started off with one of the best Micheladas on the planet. Super flavorful! Then moved on to the clam chowder (pictured) which was amazing. Thick and rich. I highly recommend you get it with everything. Then we split a boil with snow crab, mussels and peeled shrimp in the garlic butter sauce. My friend can't do spicy or I would've gone with Cajun but I was in no way disappointed with garlic butter. The wait staff was super attentive and polite. Great atmosphere. Super appreciated the parking lot in the back.

My friend had been telling me about this place and how we needed to find time to go try it and I am glad we did! At first was gonna order 3lbs of shrimp in a bag with garlic butter, corn & potatoes ended up settling for 2lbs shrimp and it was more than enough. Ordered the peeled shrimp and glad I did after seeing the table next to us struggle with the unpeeled shrimp. Will be back again because they were out of lobster and that is the only seafood I regularly eat but decided to try the shrimp & it was good so maybe next time I'll try crab legs with the lobster or one of their sampler options to try a variety :)

On their food sheet they don't have any prices. So I though for their king crab the server said 14.99 it was 44.99 for a 2 legs. You pick what you meat, sauce, spice. I want to tried the sampler they didn't have snow crab cluster. It was good season right lot of meat.Tried Seafood gumbo bowl but it didn't have any rice. A few things list on sheet they didn't have. If I come back would probably get the sampler for the same price as pick and add corn potatoes. Other dining with me had salad delicious, crab cakes, bacon macaroni, snow crab cluster plethora of other things.

So my rating is solely based on my experience with the customer service. I was very disappointed that I didn't get a chance to try this restaurant out because the food does look delicious from the pictures. My friend called here at 9pm asking if we could reserve a table for 2 and that we were 13 min away. The gentleman (Jay) on the phone told us we should be fine as long as we get there before 9:30pm because there kitchen closes at 9:30pm (restaurant closes at 10pm). We parked right in front of the restaurant, walked to the front door only to be told we have to enter through the back door. This isn't a far walk but you do have to walk past other store fronts and a gas station and walk down an alley way just to enter through the back door. I understand each restaurant has different ways of operating because of COVID and really do respect and appreciate that. I do however think it's a little ridiculous to send your customers through a maze just to dine in. Parking is hard to find in that area and then to find out you have to enter from a different location just added to us trying to rush to make sure we can get in before 9:30pm. When we got to the back of the restaurant (9:20pm) there were 2 parties ahead of us and we were told we may or may not get seated because they were at full capacity and the kitchen closes at 9:30pm. We were told it looked like we may get seated since customers were finishing up so my friend and I decided to wait. It's 9:35pm and we were told we would not be getting seated since they were at full capacity and it was past 9:30pm. At this point we spoke to the manager and she apologized and mentioned they were at full capacity and that they are still trying to get things figured out because of COVID. My only disappointment in all of this is telling your customers that as long as they show up before 9:30pm they will get seated. As a business, stick to your word with your customers. Especially new customers. I'm all about service and when I see staff/waiters/restaurant owners going above and beyond for me, I enjoy the food that much more and am willing to leave the best reviews, best tips and telling friends and family about a new spot I tried. Stick to your word as a company. There was another couple that also showed up 5 min after us that wanted to dine in and left very disappointed and angry because they were told the same thing (show up before 9:30). It would have been very nice if the manger was super apologetic and gave us some type of incentive to make us want to come back. But that whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth and now I don't even want to...

We really enjoyed this spot. We decided to skip our regular spot and try this one. It was a great decision. The atmosphere was fun with great music. They have a bar area and a regular sitting area which has individual TV service in each booth(great for football season).

There was no line, so we waited about 7 minutes. The host was friendly and welcoming. Our waitress was awesome and ready to provide great service. And she did that!

A full bar is such a plus. Didn't care for my drink too much, but my husband selected it so I'll just blame him..lol.

The food. Seasoning was on point. We ordered the sampler deal, extra side of 1lb of shrimp, calamari and wings. The seafood with the cajun mixed seasoning delicious. Calamari I loved it, but my daughter liked the other spot better, the wings were cooked to hard. The seasoning on them were good, but I don't like to fight with my food. Also the spice level was ok. There spicy is not spicy. I guess when I do stop in again I'll try the omg spice level. Maybe that will be the level of hot we like.

Overall we do like the spot and will come back. Still stuck on our original spot since we have been there since opening, but it's good to know i have another...

Horrible... I took my girlfriend and my mother, who turned sixty here to tryout. What we got was: uncooked lobster, no service, and false advertising. My mother requested the "crab" to be cracked and cleaned as per what the menu says. The waiter is given back the crab which was not cracked and cleaned like the way my mother had requested. Then the waiter returns with the same crab and isn't cracked or cleaned. No waiters or waitresses came to pass. They were all chatting it up with each other and hitting on one another at the bar instead of doing their jobs. The lobster was "chewy" and tasted bland. My girlfriend explained to me the exact same statement. Quote: "my stomach hurts and is making disturbing sounds." I explained "my stomach is feeling uneasy too." At which point we were given the check and left. I will not return to this "establishment" ever again for the...
