Tom's Famous Burgers 9 — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Reporting this place. This is too much husband got food for dinner, kids have been throwing it up ever since. Daughter chicken tenders and fries, son chilli cheese fries.....They can't keep anything down right now water nothing all comes up. You will be lucky if I dont sue especially if my kids end up going to get IVs placed in you won't be looking good. Word of advice never go here. The cooks don't care probably making old rotten food and no one comes down to check in to see how the place is or going, so why would they care. I have no pictures to show but the proof that I haven't slept an my kids will never be eating there again. Not after them suffering like this. And shame on them for not caring serving others, seems they wanted people to get sick, would they give what they gave to others to eat the same? You dont like your job then do something you like but don't purposely hurt others cuz you hate your job. Really disgusted an...

I used to be a morning customer but lately the food has gone way down in quality staff is always talking to each other or on their phone, I decided to try their food in the afternoon and wow the chilaquiles that I had omg they were soo good tortilla still crispy good amount of Salsa, the cheese burger my husband had was really juice and the fries were fresh and crispy I’m soo glad I gave this restaurant another chance, I asked the cashier the name of the person that made my food his name is Danny, the cashier that helped me out was soo friendly and polite I think her name was Lila? I can recall I’m sorry but service was great food was amazing, I highly recommend to get the chilaquiles they are delicious! We will definitely be back...

I'm so disgusted with the quality of food I got today. My waffles were soggy beyond belief to the point where they were inedible. My daughter's cheese fries melted through the styrofoam box and instead of doing things the right way.. some genius just placed the burnt through cheese fries in to another styrofoam box. Not sure if you guys know how bad melted styrofoam is for you ?! Im not going to lie I'm a chubby girl I don't ever let food go to waste but what I paid for today was so disgusting I wouldn't feed it to a stray dog. I want my money back . I'm going to get ahold of the owner and manager or who ever runs this restaurant , you guys should fire who ever is cooking there...
