Tumby's Pizza — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Placed an online order at 3:37pm before MNF started. 4:57pm I called as my food was not delivery yet, cashier answered asks for my name puts me on hold comes back and asks for my name again, apparently she didn't even check the first time. Finally comes back and says it will be another 45 minutes because their tablet never notified them of my order and they were too busy to check if there were any orders. Whoever runs this place needs to get it together. Its unacceptable for a customer to have to call to let you know I just placed an order, why have online ordering if you're not going to fulfill the order?? This happened at the western and Manchester location. I asked them to canceled the order but got no reassurance that I will get a refund. So am planning on never seeing those $50. Came in, in person to place an order for a large pan pizza pepperoni with extra cheese. The easiest order after paying $21.65 I was told it would take 15 mins. When I come back they try to charge me twice, then tell me they have to charge me more because they charged me for the wrong pizza. I let him know I paid $22 bucks already that how much more could a pan pizza possibly be? He goes back to the kitchen comes back and says 3 minutes,after another 10 mins then tries to give me a pizza with out the extra cheese. How are you going to mess my order up waste 25 minutes of my time then try to hand me something missing an item I paid extra for?

Do yourself a favor go to pizza hut atleast you know youll get what you paid for. Trying to support neighborhood spots but they make it impossible with bad service. This is the 2nd time having a bad experience at this tumbys and I will never be...

NEVER AGAIN!!!!! I ordered a pizza for delivery. I was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half for delivery. That should have been a red flag but I ordered anyway. I placed an order for a meaty specialty pizza, however that is not what was delivered. They delivered a deluxe pizza. When I called back to tell them they had delivered the wrong pizza I was told the delivery guy will come back and pick up the pizza and deliver another one. Wth?????
