So I guess they have renamed their items and you are just supposed to guess? I ordered a chicken bowl and when I saw the plain bowl of rice with some dubious chicken on top, I asked the guy about the veggies and he got all defensive. Talking about that's what you ordered! So I said; I'd like it with vegetables please. He got an attitude saying that it's extra! I said that's fine. And he still had an attitude like I asked to get it for free. Went on 4/23/2017 with my kids. We each had our own bowl. My daughter literally spit out a screw from her mouth. I told the employee what was inside my daughters mouth. He acknowledged that it was a screw from a push broom that gets used to clean the grill. He showed me how it was coming apart and management was well aware of this. A maintenence tool that they continue to use. He said there's was nothing he could do because his manager was gone for the day. He referred me to the survey on the receipt? No...

I always come here. They open at 930 am. Me and my daughter were there before 10 am and while parking car we saw male cashier leaving from back door through alley. Back door is opened till 7 pm. It was locked so we thought maybe not open yet. It was. While walking to front entrance we saw cashier walking down street towards Eastlake. We walked in and cook was cooking. He saw us said nothing.
