Winchell's Donut House — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I live just one block away from this winchell. The staff are very kind. IF you dont like the way your food turn out you can always exchange it. There is only a few staff here so you have to be patient because they are either cleaning,taking their lunch break, or busy making the new donuts but you have to call them and they will be happy to attend you. They try their best to always keep it clean but you see people are disgusting and dont pick up after themselves or tell the staff that its dirty. They don't have eyes all over the place people so be nice to them they are...

Go every 3 days for the ham and cheese croissants and get my wife some bagels and breads for her work crew. Consistancy is what I like.

Everyone that works here have been the best workers BUT recently came again and the big lady named Miriam medrano had the biggest attitude because I dodnt know the breads names that I wanted. The Manager here made me realize how absent service has become .After eating a sandwich there the evening before I returned this a.m claiming I may have left my wallet there the night before. The M.g was harldly concerned and that's fine but she denied me a plastic glove to look in the trash to make sure the wallet hadnt been tossed.
