Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in Los Banos

Un happy customer. I had just drove into town from calif. I rented a hotel close to them. Me and my grandaughter were starving. We didnt no where to eat. Weve eaten at a me and eds before and it was delicious. My daughter works at a dominos who is real good and very nice to the customer. We ordered pizza. When we got there the atmosphere was not invting or friendly. I am ffity two and with my precious grandaughter. The grls workiing seemed to be in a rush... We were the only people there.. Tey were short with my grandaughter. Seemed very hostilei felt as if we were bothering them. We got our pizza took it back to hotel it was very hard almost flat or stale. But we were very hungry. We continued to eat. But there burnt parts all on the bottom of the crust. I was so irritated we just packed up and got mcdonalds. So we wasted ttime and money on pizza and still hadbto buy food. I called in the morning as my grandaughter is five and was cranky and fussy. So put her to sleep and fell asleep as well. They told me i should have called last night. I still had The pizza and offered to show them. They refused, offering me a small discount. most places would not have a problem but the customer service was so bad. I calleed higher up. I guess some places just treat people how ever they want. I will never eat there again and will tell any one who asks about how unsatisfied i was I just wanted what i paid for. They r a spendy pizza and i expected something mouth watering. Any ways it was very eye...

I had a nice cashier. But the guy making the pizza was rude to her when she asked where the Togo salad bar containers are. He said he told her I told u where they r on top of the cans. She said they weren't there. So she apologized to me n gave me a wings box for my salad. So I continued making my salad. I ask the lady if the have olives n cheese for the salad. She came back n said. No n she apologized. I suggested can u get it from the pizza bar .. so she went with a plate to go get me some olives n cheese. He told her No, u cant do that. I'm sorry I worked at several pizza parlors n mountain Mike's was one of them but in another town. Well this pizza maker needs to get into trouble. His name is Anthony. He was rude n disrespectful . He should of been nice to the other employee's. I paid 5.40...

I came here from out of town for work and decided to eat here. I ordered a pitcher and a large pizza. Was pricey but it’s okay. Ordered a pitcher of corona premier and they said they would bring it out. Come to find out they are out of corona premier no biggey so I get modelo instead. As I’m waiting for my pizza I notice they pour someone else the corona and I ask did they just receive a shipment around 6:30-7 lol. They said no they just didn’t check in back until now. Tables are all dirty and was hard to find a place to sit. When it’s not busy at all. I ask for ranch when my pizza comes out and they want 0.50 cents for it which is fine but could’ve told me in the beginning when I swiped my card the first time. Food was a little cold.
