So, normally im a pretty good fan of Panda Express due to Price and Convenience..When I went on Sunday, I knew what I wanted before drive-thru but got flustered when she ask me to try the Shrimp promo ans I said sure why not!!..So in placin the order, she repeated the order backwards and then cut me off in doin so. I wasnt trippin cause it dors happen from time to time, but then after taking my order, She was talking trash about me with her mic on, so I heard every work she said. When i went to the window, now all of a sudden no one with authority was available and the one that took my order just happenned to be too busy to come to window..She was put in place by second party employee telling her from me.."Next time\ you talk trash about a loyal customer, make sure your microphone is completely off, as people and companies get sued for lesser actions, if not worse. You never know who people are over the microphone, so treat ALL the same with some respect and patience. Read moreTwo things: It was later evening and we stopped for dinner coming from Fresno on our way home. When we got home my wife discovered she did not have her purse. She had left it at PANDA. We made a call and YES, they had it. It was near closing time and we lived 1 and 1/2 hours away, so we made arrangements to return the next day, small inconvenience when one thinks of the alternative. The purse contents were totally intact. Wanting to reward their honesty with a monetary gift, we were told it was Panda company policy not to accept money. She further graciously contented the explanation saying "we are here to serve good food and help our customers in any way we can." Such a high level of customer service one does not often experience these days in the commercial arena. It was reassuring to experience this amazing act of kindness and "doing the right thing" when it seems our society has gone crazy with selfishness and too many hurtful acts and words.
The meal we enjoyed was delicious! And no MSG in any of the food! The crew that night was personable and efficient. They were busy the night we were there, keeping the cooks busy. The was minimal waiting for a favorite selection to be replenished ...well...

I thought all Panda Expresses were the same. Boy am I wrong! Out of white rice for over 45 minutes. What kind of chief let's this happen? The entrée was cold kind of mushy thanks to some cold broccoli. But the entire entrée was cold to the touch, like it had been refrigerated and not warmed in the microwave long enough. The taste of this Angus steak entrée was like some of the worst food I have tasted in years. A prior review said something about the food being greasy, that might be part of the problem with this dish. For that past year and a helf I have eaten at the Panda Express in Fremont 2 or 4 time a week, which when compaired to this one... Fremont's is a 9.5 and this one is a -7, there is no comparison.
I also see no effort to speed up the process of getting the food out. On several occasions of driving by and seeing 10 to 15 cars in line from the speaker box, but only one if that many, at the pick up window. (Do I have bad...
