Arby's — Restaurant in Los Lunas

A bit disappointed went in and they were hectic didnt know what orders where done and which orders need to be done. Guy in the back making the sandwiches couldnt keep up and kept making the wrong sandwiches, we waited I'd say 20 minutesbor more but while there they were backed up with drive thru and in store orders a man who was there before us got mad because he'd been waiting for a very long time for him food and his order was deleted. With us, our order would be put partially together then taken apart left on the counter while they worked on another order, I ordered a turkey and swiss and got a Turkey and ranch 1st time it was caught because there was no cheese 2nd one got home to realize it was drenched in ranch so still the wrong sandwich. When they finally got the sandwiches together we waited for our fries which finally got brought up put in a bag and left there as they walked away we waited and waited until my bf finally had to stop some one and ask if he could have his fries so we could leave. This is hands down the worst fast food place in Los lunas. Me and my girlfriend love arbys from their beef and cheddars to their gyros or sliders. But this location specifically has the worst customer service. We always go through the drive thru and theres hardly ever any other cars there yet it always takes at least 15 minutes to get our food. The employees that work there quite clearly hate their job, as they are always extremely rude. We've gone on two separate occasions where no one even acknowledges our existence at the drive thru speaker. Another time, the lady that was taking our order was very rude. We usually overlook some of the more pricey food places so long as the food is of good quality and the service is great but this location doesn't seem to meet either of those. We've given multiple chances but every time we go it's a bad experience. I personally dont want to eat there out of fear of the employees doing something unprofessional to my food given the attitudes they all have towards working there. Save your money and skip out on this place. Would rate zero...

Upon entering this location I was quickly reminded as to why I do not go here anymore. They do not have an air conditioner so the employees are uncomfortable and completely miserable. After placing my order the cashier proceeded to kill flies on the counter, but did not disinfect or wipe it down. I decided to fill up my drink at the fountain machine and discovered there are bugs crawling on it. As well as bugs the dispenser is leaking everywhere making a big mess. Once my order was ready I left. I should have checked it before leaving. When I got home I discovered there were several things missing. They are not that busy oh, so when I returned they looked at me as if I was a brand new customer waiting to take my order. Barely got an apology from them This place definitely needs to be inspected by the health department. I will not be returning to this location.
